Myles went above and beyond to help service us in purchasing a new phone. He was more than happy to start over a process we were almost complete with, just to ensure that we get the best deal available. Not only did he go above and beyond but he did so with a positive attitude. He would be an asset in any company and Verizon should considered themselves lucky to have him :)

Came to the North Haven, CT store and was assisted by Myles S. He was so efficient and amazing in trouble-shooting my connectivity/text receiving and sending issues.

Drove an hour just to have the doors be locked before actual closing time. A Saturday 7 p.m. closing with locked doors at 6:45 feels a bit unfair.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a new phone at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The representative who assisted me, Deiondra, took the time to listen to my needs and provide personalized recommendations. She was extremely knowledgeable! The entire process was seamless and efficient. Deiondra walked me through setting up the new phone and transferring my data, ensuring a smooth transition. She also explained all the features and functionalities in detail so I could get the most out of my new device. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Deiondra was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. She made what can sometimes be a tedious task feel easy and even enjoyable. I left Verizon feeling extremely impressed and pleased with my purchase. The professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for the customer was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this Verizon location and Deiondra to anyone looking for an outstanding phone-buying experience.

Employees are rude, and Lisa, the manager, has an attitude and a tone to answering customers questions like she is doing us a favor by her presence, if you can't talk to your customers politely you should not be in customer facing job. Due to Verizon customer care and verizon stores incompetence, I had to drive to the store multiple times. Show some empathy, please.

I visited the North Haven location and worked with Lilly and Dei today. The team work was amazing! Dei saved me $107 a month and helped me get both Netflix & Disney with no cost! They truly are the nicest young ladies & went above and beyond for me!! Wonderful background music and friendly environment. Highly recommended them and their store.

Awesome service, Colby and Lilly took absolutely great care of me. The teamwork between all of the representatives shows a level of professionalism and expertise that is seldom found in other companies. One of the representatives, Deiondra, was more than willing to pitch in and help out with my account with the help of another representative named Cristian. Great team overall 10/10 recommendation.

AVOID THIS VERIZON STORE
I had a terrible experience with a salesman named Joshua. He disregarded my request for an iPhone with 127GB storage, aggressively pushing a higher storage model instead. When I firmly insisted on the 127GB version, he still provided the higher storage one without my consent.
Even worse, Joshua refused multiple requests to show me the bill, as he tried to hide unauthorized charges which I did not consent to. This deceitful behavior is a blatant attempt to inflate his sales commission at the expense of honest customers. This is beyond unacceptable – it's exploitative and unethical. Avoid this store at all costs.

I visited this store on Friday . Upon arrival the rep Deiondra seemed nice but her demeanor slowly shifted. She told me that they were not allowed to touch the phone so I had to go home and set up the rest by myself. I was switching from another company and this weekend has been the worse I had no service , I contacted customer service who informed me that whomever set up my new account had it set up as if I was not the admin and had the wrong address and pin on my account which is horrible. I am still trying to port back to my old company and because of the incompetence of the rep. Horrible horrible horrible ! Would not recommend this store or Verizon !

I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The absolute worst service I have ever gotten by an assistant manger. She lied she said she was not a manger then she walks away and comes back and says you know what I AM THE MANGER she was screaming at me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT GO EVER!!!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars! I was completely ignored when I walked in the store while the sales people carried on their personal conversation. I was never asked if I need help. I sought out a associate who was sitting at a computer and he helped me with picking up my online order. When I asked for help setting it up, so I could leave my trade in with them same day, I was told it would be a $30 charge. He then informed me "it is really easy, just put the two phones next to each other." Not a friendly or welcoming environment. Wish I had read the reviews prior to setting up my order to be picked up at this location. Definitely not how I think Verizon wants to be represented!!!

We went into the store on Universal Drive and everyone was EXTREMELY helpful. I hadn't been there as my last experience 2 years ago was not good. However after today working with Lilly, Myles and Sergio I will definitely be going back. Thank you for all your help today.
