Went in to get a new phone. 3 associates where working. They absolutely were all helping other customers. I stood in the middle of the store for at least 7 mins. Not one person acknowledged my existence. I walked out.

Beware of Matt, he does not disclose everything about your next bill before you sign. What he quoted me and what came on my bill was completely off. Now I feel bamboozled because he didn’t disclose or broke down my next bill. He just said the amount would be what we talked about sign here. Very deceptive. Beware of this place.

I went in to get a new cell phone on my business account and the salesperson Marc Wright was extremely helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me make the right choice. This store salesman is very misleading and deceptive they tell you your phones are FREE and when the charges are come though the Verizon app there is a charge of $6 for one phone and $8 for the other. I went to see him 2 was later and was told he NEVER SAID FREE we wouldn’t have gotten 2 phones if he said anything but Free. He lied to my face and tried to tell me he could contact customer service then tried to WALK ME OUT OF THE STORE. I didn’t go I went to talk to the manager. All said and done customer service didn’t help me and backed up the store. If you want Verizon go to a real store not this cellular sales store

My SIM card wasn’t working for some reason so I stopped by to have it looked at and Verizon associate, Zack, was able to see me immediately and fixed the problem very quickly. Even opened the door for me coming and going. 5 star service here!

Excellent customer service experience here. Traded in an older iPhone for a 14pro and the process was as smooth as it could be. Season, my friendly and knowledgeable customer rep, reviewed my existing Verizon plan, offered suggestions to lower my monthly payment and was great to work with. So much more stress-free than trying to do the upgrade online. The North Haven store looks brand new, is well stocked and has lots of parking. Highly recommended!

I’m at a complete loss for words. I went in last week at 6pm and didn’t leave til almost 11pm. As someone who has worked for mobile retailers, I came in prepared with my account number, pin, and all IMEIs printed with the phone number per device. Liam lied and posed himself as a manger, described Season to be the regional business rep who is the best. However, while there he showboated about his “position” and faked calling the regional manager to assist him but after all those hours in the store, we left with only 5 of our 8 business lines activated with an apology and promise for Season to clean up the mess because she’s in business. Unfortunately, that promise was made but Liam didn’t check to see if Season was in the next day. So when I called to schedule a time to come in, I got another rep who was equally fed up with Liam and said that because he started the transaction and because they are paid on commission, he would have to come back into to resolve this. That is when Liam called me on his OFF day to say that he was hired to weed out the “bad seeds” and change the culture in the store. He actually proceeded to get that rep fired because that rep knew that the mess was too big to engage. That gentleman was right and should get his job back. Yesterday, was the 3rd time I went to the store and I saw Season because Liam never returned or took accountability for this problem. Because he programmed the phones improperly initially and paired the deposit to the wrong phone numbers, we can’t do anything without the help of customer service. So I left again with zero accomplished, with another promise to return again on Thursday and then magic will happen. Who is the real manager and when is it appropriate for them to step in, in regard to a business account after this circus act has taken place? It’ll be the 4th time I’m coming into the store and supervision is extremely recommended. I don’t feel comfortable even being around one that would fake a position/title, reach out on their off days to stir drama but offer no real actual assistance. I don’t even know if I’ll be retaliated against like the store rep who refused me service because this person has my account details. This is an individual who went as far as lying and saying Apple didn’t manufacture gold phones anymore to sell me what was in stock and forced me to pay a balance I already paid to re-activate service with Verizon. I’m disgusted, insulted and surely offended. This is nothing like I’ve ever seen coming out of the Verizon brand.
