If I can give UPS no stars I would. This entire company sucks! This is the worst delivery service ever. I dread when when I have package delivered and they use UPS. HORRIBLE!!!

It's called a "Customer Center" but it's really about the employees working as little as possible. Just drove all the way out there to find them closed for lunch. Plus they close at 4:00 AND they're closed completely on weekends. Nice job if you enjoy your time off.

I left a Macy's return box in the drop-off box next to the main store dore. Now, after 5 days, there is still no tracking?Where is the tracking for my package. I am worried now to end up paying the cost of the goods if no tracking shows up.

Rude customer service staff. I walked in twice today regarding a package that I was expecting. The second time I walked in was because my employer instructed me to come to pick up my package. The lady at the front desk gave me an attitude and said to me I told you not that your package is still with the driver without letting me explain my situation, which is my employer, called UPS to let them know to hold the package so that I can pick it up at this location. At my employers instructions I was advised to come to the location to pick it up and it should be there. Me explaining this to the lady, she was being rude and disrespectful that I myself have to tell her to stop being rude and to let me finish explaining my situation. I would like to speak to the manager of this location to report her immediately.

I gave 2 stars because not everyone is rude her but unfortunately the blonde women who is here most of the time is! god forbid you go in there with the wrong QR code or information.

Unprofessional stuff.The mexican girl named “Jenna” that’s what her boss told me the name was she was very rude for no reason.I am looking at other reviews and for the last 2years every customer is complaining about how unprofessional the stuff is. Am going to make a full report on the girl so called “Jenna” and this location and I won’t stop untill something is being done. If u don’t like ur job just go find another job don’t just be rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessional stuff. The goofy Spanish(Mexican) girl named Jenna is so unprofessional I went their to get my package and this stupid entitled girl was just rude for no reason even the other lady that was working there was shocked on how she was unprofessional.

Closed before official business hours. Arrived at 3:40 pm to a closed UPS. I was told with a rude attitude that “there was no worker.” Great customer service you have there UPS, North Haven!
