I had concerns with one of my tires and didn't want to get overcharged by a mechanic if I didn't need to. I happened to be driving down Washington Ave and, by chance, stopped by Town Fair Tire.
Ken helped me navigate through my issue in a calm and professional way. He described in detail the solutions to fix the problem. I could have been happier with the outcome.
I recommend anyone who has an issue that fits with the scope of practice with Town Fair Tire to stop by and let them help you. Save yourself the time, money, and anxiety that comes with vehicle repairs.

My experience was great and speedy. I came in with a screw in my tire in a pinch. Eli greeted me at the desk and was able to get my tire fixed in under an hour!

I worked with Elijah at the North Haven store when we were hundreds of miles from home stranded with a bad tire. He provided excellent service and customer support. He explained the process and also helped coordinate with our car dealership that was also involved.

Not all Town Fair Tire locations are equal because this is by far the best one I've been to. Everyone I have interacted with has been helpful and the service that has been provided is top notch. I got a set of tires from them a year ago and they price matched easily. If I HAD to say one negative thing it would be that the coffee in the waiting area is trash lol. But thankfully there are multiple spots for lunch you can walk to while waiting.

Elijah, North Haven Town Fair Tire, A+/Superlative service! He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, tinely, productive, customer focused, and he made me feel safe, as I thought my tire that had a deep cheap was dangerous to my safety. He ordered the tire for me, which came in less then 24 hours. Someone else had told me they had Elijah help them, and said how excellent he was. Kudos Elijah, and thank you Elijah!!
