Horrible experience I was informed by my boss that my tire was flat so I drove there to get it fixed I was told I needed a new tire my husband is a mechanic and worked at a tire shop a town over he advised me to go to the nearest tire shop and I was I told I needed to buy a new tire my husband came and evaluated the situation and they were totally going to take advantage of a female! My husband couldn’t even believe how they were going to take advantage of me as my tire just needed a patch! I’m totally appalled! My husband filled my tire on air tank and drove it fifteen minutes to his shop where he had his tire guys repair it an I still drive on it a year later. He now has his own tire and mechanic shop that had been awarded one of the best tire shops this year! Be careful who you trust!

I was on my way home from Maine to New Jersey when my tire inflation warning light came on. I pulled off the Merritt Pkwy not knowing which direction to turn. I flashed my high beans at a gentleman driving a truck and sent me to these guys. I knew I was at the right place immediately. 25 minutes later, my tire repaired, I was on my way home! These folks are the best!

I have been buying tires from tire express for years we own multiple vehicles, including my entire family. My kids buy all their tires from there too. We also have all of our oil changes on our vehicles and have done other mechanical work there as well. I had a screw in my tire that needed to be removed and plugged and they charged me $27, last $27 i’ll ever spend there , bad business practice. When I had mentioned to them that Town Fair Tire plugs tires for free the owner responded we don’t do anything for free. A Plug that probably cost them a dollar lost them a good customer.

They have the greatest techs. and do honest work. Had an oil change about to months ago and recently developed a leak. Had the car towed and John’s mechanics fixed the problem of a faulty oil filter gasket. On top of that John wouldn’t allow me to pay for all the new oil and filter. Best shop I ever had.

Came here when I was refused by Town fair Tire to put on four tires that I had in my basement practically new tires. Town fair Tire said they were too old per policy. Tire Express had no issue putting these tires on my car. I'll be back !!

First time I went in for an alignment and balance nothing changed with the car and the left a wrench on my cv axel. Came back a week later to get everything fixed and it turns out a tie rod is bad which they somehow missed. They fixed it and redid my alignment but again it's wrong and I have just decided to bite the bullet and go somewhere else and waste my $200. I do not recommend at all

Pricing with Dale over the phone was a little difficult but, you're dealing with an elderly man, any sane human being can have some patience for an old timer still in our workforce.
John and the attendants greeted me as soon as I arrived and my vehicle was on a lift minutes later. I was escorted into the shop to confirm I purchased the tires I wanted. After confirming they are installing the tires I asked for, I was walked to the waiting lobby to a beautiful 90" TV, a comfortable lobby of lounge chairs, a warm temperature, coffee, and a water cooler.
Not 10 minutes later I was informed of outstanding recalls on my vehicle, a service above and beyond the call of a tire shop.
The time frame was about 2 hours start to finish.
I noticed 2 big new paint chips upon inspection of the wheels. One where the tire equipment bit down on the edge of the wheel and took about 3 inches of paint off the wheel. Another chip on a different wheel. I documented the damage. And have before and after photos. In my opinion this shop owes me at least 1 new wheel. You ruined a 500$ black painted rim.. that wheel didn't have a single paint chip on it now it's got a massive one.
Am I happy with my price and time frame for rhe job. Absolutely.
Am I furious they claimed its touchless and I still found damage. I'm really angry. I think compensation is due for this. I feel let down.
