Came to this place on an emergency for Frenchie. I came here at 10:30. Everything was going fine untill they were about to discharge my dog. Then an hour goes by and inquire about my dog. I get told someone is hands on with another patient that the only thing needed is for them to go over the discharge papers. I wait again. Another hour later I come back in to inquire again cause now it's about to be 2pm. What I get from Kaitlyn or however you spell her name. Is that the nurse is still hands in and that I will get a call explaining the discharge papers. When I asked how long and was going to say that I have been waiting for over an hour. She cuts me off and with a attitude tells me that the nurse is so hands on and when she's done I will get called. Kaitlyn, needs to go back to training on people skills and slow her roll with her millennial riteous than thow attitude.

I had a quick and easy experience here adopting my kitten. They set up a meet and greet and had my kitten spayed and at home with me in less than a week! Mary and John were so friendly and able to answer all my questions. My kitten’s paperwork/medical records were sent right to my email after the adoption. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we received our 8 week old kitty with lots of puss in both eyes. We were told another cat swiped the kitty in the eyes with their nails causing infection. We took kitty immediately to our vet in Plainville. After a 200 bill, we were immediately sent to North Haven eye vets where we sat for almost the entire day. We were told our little girl was a boy ? n he had canine herpes virus which he was born with. After explaining about this Kitty's future having both eyes removed and left blind. We couldn't take this all on. We had the kitty for less than 1 day. The purr project took our sweet kitty n will have all his surgeries that he needed. They will also find him a good home with round the clock care. Killed me to not be able to do it myself but God bless this project and all the good they're doing
