Supreme Office Technology is a great company to work with. Very fair and honest. Didn't try to push their service or try to sell me equipment I didn't need. They came out same day and their technician was a honest and neat when he worked.

I have been a customer of Supreme Office Technology for close to three decades since I opened up my business and have been extremely pleased with not only their equipment but also their professional and efficient customer service. They are always quick and courteous to respond to any servicing issues that may come up and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the results. They even go out of their way to make sure that if for whatever reason my machine doesn’t seem to be working properly that they send someone out as soon as possible, and usually on that same business day to make sure the issue gets resolved and it always is! I plan on remaining a customer of theirs until I retire and would highly recommend them for your office equipment needs!

Supreme Office Technology is the absolute best out there. We have utilized this company for our printer issues. The customer service is excellent, their response time to our printer issues is excellent, last time I called, I felt like I barely hung up the phone and the tech was at the door! And the fact that Tom, the business owner is so hands on is impressive. That in itself speaks VOLUMES about this company! Tom's attention to his customers and their needs goes beyond expectation.....Even the technicians when they come to work on the machines, they are very thorough, very friendly, they explain everything they see and sometimes don't see (you know, bc the problem never re-occurs when the tech gets here!!). I graduated law school in 2005 and took a job with a mid-size law firm. Prior to attending law school, I spent a year selling office equipment at a large company that marketed Ricoh and Konica products. As a result, I was made the firm's technology go to person and put in charge of equipment purchases. When my firm needed new copiers, I compared a few companies and ultimately chose Supreme because of the people who run and service their company. Today, I run my own small firm and continue to call on Supreme for my office needs. In fact, I just added a bizhub c3350i for my home office and could not be happier with the product, but more importantly the service!PGH

I had a problem and called and the owner, Tom, not only picked up the phone but he fixed my problem on a Saturday morning !!We have have been with Supreme for over 20 years and have bought several copiers and if there is an issue, they are always available to assist.It's called great customers service !!! Working with Tom and his team at Supreme Office Technology has always been a pleasure. I have called several times with 'printer issues' and they are always willing and able to help. My last experience I was working with Tom directly and not only was he able to fix my problem but he was able to teach me about functions I didn't even know were capable with our machine! I should also mention that Tom was kind, patient, and full of humor - something the world could use a bit more of. I would definitely recommend Supreme Office Technology to anyone looking for help with their business needs.

When our printer/copier crashed we searched the internet and found Supreme office Technology and noticed their 5 star rating and called them...and to our surprised a live person as in Tom the owner actually answered the phone on the first ring. He knew exactly what we needed, he ordered us a new printer/copier and a couple day later Paul his technician arrived as scheduled and installed and explained its functions in detail. kudos to Tom and Paul and as the name says they really are supreme and we highly recommend them.

Tom Veno, the owner of this outfit, always aims to please. He just did a major printer job for me, turned it around quickly at a good price. Then he volunteered to deliver and set it up for me! The thing is a boat anchor! Yet he was very happy to truck it across town and deliver it to a customer of mine. He's maintained the copiers at my church for years and these guys still have their first penny. Yet he treats them like a million dollar account. I'll recommend Supreme Office to anybody, any old day.
