Called just to see if a product was in stock. It's something they carry, but are out of it frequently. I live 25 minutes away so I was hoping to check before driving all the way out there. Was flat out told they can't go check right now even after explaining why I called. Ok then. Thanks alot.

I was looking at the dried herbs, I was about 3 feet away trying to look at all Stop n Shop had to offer. An employee comes over stands in front of me and starts stocking the shelves. Doesn’t say excuse me, doesn’t even acknowledge my presence. I was clearly looking at the display there was no chance I was doing anything else. I patiently waited for her to stop, I figured maybe she only had a few to stock and she would be on her way. Nope, she started to open cases of stuff. It was a rude and disrespectful move. Please train your staff better. There is no excuse for the employees to be rude to paying customers.

It's been a while since I've been in this store since I moved out-of-state but It really hasn't changed. The only thing I would say is that it continues to get more expensive. there is one bright spot though, and she helps at check outs.. she's always friendly and upbeat and going out of her way. She's amazing and I don't even know her name.

Your website says your pharmacy closes at 8 pm and I called last night at 7:05 pm and it said closed. You should update your website daily in your type of business. Not happy.
