If I could give zero stars I would. I had an rx called in by my dr on Tuesday and the pharmacy called to let me know it wasn't covered by my plan. I said I knew I had a coupon and planned on paying for it. So I was told they were ordering it and it would be in on Wed. I went in on Wed the pharmacy tech ran my coupon stated it didn't work and found me another one with better savings but let me know the rx would be in on Thurs and I should get a text. I called Thurs evening and was told it was in and I said I'd be there in the morning. When I arrived in the morning on Fri I had the same tech I had on Wed and she told me she never ran a code for the coupon it wasn't her. So while I was there looking for the code I previously had the tech walked over to the pharmacist who was only about 6 feet away and the pharmacist stated make sure she pays for it and took the rx off the counter like I was going to steal the rx and run out the door. I was so offended I wanted to say something then and there. It was an expensive rx and I knew what it cost before arriving. I paid for the rx. I left and called corporate. The absolute worst customer service and unprofessional behavior by the pharmacy staff. No one should be treated that way. Very disappointed.

I went to the North Haven store on Friday the 13th expecting an insane asylum with everything that's going on now, and was very pleased, the deli was just as fast as usual and almost every cashier lane was open, yes there were some empty shelves but I got everything I needed, and it seemed like an average Friday there, good job S&S.
