After dealing with them for the past 7 years, up until now I never had any issues.
To begin we’ve had our daughters bedroom bought here, our living room set our bedroom set with the adjustable bed ( all with the platinum protection) with that being said the only issue we had before was our daughter’s dresser that was scratched and we asked to send someone to fix it and they ended up replacing it. And now our dining room table same thing scratched by accident and they don’t want to fix it, Nick from the North Haven facility (which we didn’t buy it for we bought it at the Waterbury Location) ended up telling me that the only thing they can do is reimburse me the price we pay for the insurance ( Platinum Protection). ?
