I had a great experience working with ProKlean after our washer flooded two floors of our house. They were excellent communicators, kind and professional humans and followed through on every promised step. The work they did was excellent and while I hope I never have to use them again, I would in an instant!

Pro-Klean is the best in the business. We have been using Pro-Klean for over 15 years for water in the basement, clearing, cleaning up and restoration after ice dams.
When Pro-Klean says they will call back, they do!
I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic company with excellent service. Treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Their communication is top notch. Understand when remodeling your home their are going to be things that go wrong. ProKlean’s team is paitent and understanding. Willing to work extra hard to avoid challenges and overlook mistakes. No cutting corners as they want to deliveir their best to you and your home.

Probably the worst company we have ever worked with, a project that was meant to take 4 to 6 weeks, is now in month 8 - communication with the company is awful, they never reach out to us we always have to call them to find out what is going on (we have had them schedule contractors to come in (so they say) but the contractors never turn up (once I can see but it has happened 5 or 6 times now)) or when they do show up they only do half the work we were told they were going to do because they weren't told to do it (seems like a pattern here with communication). The subcontractors they hire do substandard work and has to be redone, they also managed to crack a propane valve causing a gas leak, beer cans left in the yard after they left (yes they were drinking on the job), deep scratches in wooden floor, put a hole in a door, put up a cabinet but didn't secure it to the wall so it fell out. Would I recommend them to anyone - no way but I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

A Rotten garage post between the two overhead doors with some old termite damage. The doors were solid wood and 85 years old, so very heavy. The garage door tracks were also 85 years old, so no parts available. My insurance carrier recommended Pro Klean in North Haven. I live in West Hartford, so distance obviously did not concern them. On the day of the “accident” PRO Klean arrived at 10 pm to secure my attached garage. Soon thereafter they provide an estimate of the damage and assigned a project manager. They had to special order replacement doors due to a not off the shelf size. They are professional, efficient, timely, neat, and do high quality work. I highly recommend them … the folks in the office, Jim (the project manager and more) Alex (the carpenter and more) Mark (garage door installer).

A lawyer recommended PRO-KLEAN to me because my condo association was being unresponsive about “bubbles” on the exterior walls of my unit. “Contact these folks for an objective analysis,” he said. The PRO-KLEAN project manager showed me how exterior leaks had washed away the line of demarcation between my den and living room. I found the PRO-KLEAN team to be knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and polite. Their customer support rep even spoke to my daughter because she wanted to be sure I was making the right decisions. (I was!) I highly recommend PRO-KLEAN.

Worst decision we made after the water meter broke in our home. Avoid this company and their subcontractors they use. We experienced very poor communication unfulfilled promises and poor workmanship.

I had a disaster in my house from a puff back ! Entire house covered in soot !! Pro Kleen people were amazing !! They came right out explained the restoration process with me ,kept me updated on the progress they cleaned the house top to bottom !! They were amazing I’m so grateful for them highly recommend

My experience with Pro-Klean on the claims I manage for my company has been top notch thanks to the entire team but especially Ben. He has done an excellent job of making sure that projects run smooth from beginning to end every time. He does the utmost to make sure that we are thoroughly satisfied at the completion of the process as well as making sure that we are kept up to date the whole way through.
