I've been to Precision many times over the past 10 years or so for various issues with my cars. Nick is awesome, always honest, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
Note: Precision doesn't do emissions testing even though Google says they do.

These guys are awesome. Brought my car in with a ton of issues and they were amazing. Were transparent with the needed repairs and costs and got everything done very quickly at a great price. Highly recommend.

I called the guy 2 weeks in advance, he said he would call me back because he was too busy. I left my info. 2 weeks later, still no call back. I called him back and he starts giving me an attitude and says I was supposed to drop off my truck . Very unprofessional, at the end of the day I'm paying you. I don't get why you're in this type of business if you can't be professional when speaking to people. I see wayy too many mechanics like this. They claim to be business owners but just focus on the labor side of the business

Very friendly and very thorough when checking the car. Had my daughters and my own car serviced there. I will definitely be using them again. Very happy with service.

A few months ago, my car needed a replacement of front control arm assemblies, I checked the price with a few places, Nick gave me an honest estimation of the cost at a lower price comparing to all others and delivered as promised. I strongly recommend Precision Auto

Had received a flat tire one morning and was with my mother (two women). Drove into their lot and asked for help and was told they did not have any time to help us. I was not asking for free services, I would have paid. Not the type of shop I would take my business to.

Very good experience here. I came in today for my annual inspection for work. The guys working here are all very personable, and it's clear that they enjoy what they do. I haven't had them do any work besides the inspection, but if something comes up that is beyond my ability, definitely going to give them a shot.

I called spoke to Nick on Tuesday 7 Nov 2017 morning. He told me there is no charge to bring my car in, so he can test drive and figure out the problem. I arrived at 9:30, shook Nick's hand. He tested drove the car from 9:34-38. I told him to put a seat belt on, he told me it's okay. The sound kept beeping. He told me he will call me after 11:00 to find out the cost of the Clutch. I asked him if he have any rental car? No, he replied. He told me six (6) hours of replacement of the clutch, could take up to couple days, because he answer the phone and always interrupt, etc. He did not call me, but instead texted me the price. Wednesday 8 Nov, I called him this morning to inquire some info, he did answered my questions, once he found out I brought my car to dealer, he got infuriated and rude. Nick "Why do you want to talk to me?" I replied " I want your expertise, and I will bring my car for tune-up, I inquired for price. " Nick "I don't know" , than disconnected the phone. A word of advice. "Always treat your potential customer right, and think of the long run" He just lost a potential customer. :(
