This is one of the worst experiences I have had with any repair facility in my life. They charged me $1,900.00 in labor plus another $500.00 in shop fees to replace a wire connector that was installed by the previously. They Rob people and don’t care about their customers at all. I’d highly recommended going anywhere else you can if possible for a repair. Unless it’s warranty work STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

horrible company to do business with. I was charged $500.00 for shop fees on top of the $1,900.00 in labor when all they did was replace a wire connector that they in-stalled prior. I highly recommend going anywhere you can but the Pete Store. CROOKS!!!!

Came here to pick an order made from the phone, place is neat and conveniently located off 91. Place is clean and very well organized,polite guys in front desk and prompt service.

They address the issues accordingly and had good prices but the hours they take to resolve the issues are extensive and have increased the prices and a two hour job will be turned into a four hour job just because it’s what they say they want the job to take. 4 hours to change a wheel seal and bearings when I’ve had the same service done before with a roadside call that cost less and was repaired in less time. I brought it in to the shop and found out it’s more expensive to bring it than it is call a roadside service.

This is one busy shop. I've been here twice with real truck issues and both times they've addressed the challenges like a boss. Kevin in Customer service is as diligent as it gets. Techs are very engaging and helpful too. A blessing in the sky for an OTR driver. Thank you, thank you!

This place is a spectacular place where spending your money couldn't be better all the staff are friendly and verrrrry Profesional ,they know your truck like it was there own ,a place where everybody feels like family thanks again I will definitely be here for a very long time

Guys came right out side fixed my electric cord cause the wires came out of the plug .. fixed my cigarette lighter and I was outta there in under a hour ..

We had worth case in this shop, spent 3K$ for nothing. They tried to fix my Volvo 2016 within a week, but next day truck was shut down again with the same issue. Moreover I was charger for towing 2 times in a week. When you call them, they are always busy, never call back. I try to complain even to President. No response. Absolutely unsatisfied.
