Family owned. By far THE nicest pharmacy that we have ever dealt with!I would never use another.We currently live in East Haven and drive to North Haven so we can do business with them.And, once we move to Guilford CT, we will still use them!I cannot stress it enough, doing business with a family owned business is like night and day vs a national company.This family is caring and very helpful. And we make our community stronger if we support locally owned businesses! It's a fact.My wife and I have been going here since 2005.Cannot say enough good things about this family owned business.

Amazing technicians, Wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding pharmacist(s). Beats big retail chain stores buy a mile, it's no comparison!!! If the pharmacists or techs are having a bad day you would never know it. They're always putting the customer first.

Not 1 pharmacy in town has my medicine except this stored and the refused service on the 29th out of 30 day prescription didnt send to another pharmacy look who has it just as I got of the phone with them they confirmed they had it told them i was driving down to give my insurence info to fill the scrpit give my insurence info 5 min later call they call my phone while in route to say there not filling it no reason so now I get to go without medication I need till atleast July 1st so yes I was upset being my day off trying to get everything done now I have to just wait see where it can be filled no stop n shop Walgreens cvs north and east haven so ty NORTH HAVEN PHARMACY

These kind people are one of the only pharmacies offering the under 5 Moderna vaccine to 3+. The family running it are sweet, the man who gave my daughter her vaccine was gentle, reassuring, and gave her a prize afterward/let her choose a themed bandaid. These people literally saved the day when Walgreens fell through. Support them.

My grandmother has been using this pharmacy for the past 30 years and always comes back with the kindest words to say about the staff and service. Today we needed an emergency prescription put in, I came down to find out their internet has been out for 4 days! They went above and beyond in getting everything Nan needed ASAP despite having no internet. So many thanks North Haven Pharm!!!!
