I brought my grandfather for a doctors appointment. We were 15 minutes early and had us waiting 2 hours in the waiting room. The office staff is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and could really use proper training. Waiting for results is a nightmare and no matter when you have an appointment, you will wait. Today, my grandfather was 15 minutes late because he had to walk 1/4 of a mile to the entrance because the parking was so full. They tried to turn him away but we convinced the office staff to keep his appointment. He has now been waiting about 90 minutes. My advice: DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!

Divine St is a fantastic location for working people who need diagnostic tests like MRI, mammo, ultrasound. I was able to go to a mammogram appointment at 8pm on a Friday night. Ultrasound follow up at the same location. Inside is clean and plenty of parking. I had a great experience with Amanda S in the Breast Imaging centee for both appointments. She was so friendly, kind, had great bedside manner and answered all of my questions and really put me at ease during my first mammogram. I have a family history of breast cancer. She really is fantastic. I hope her bosses see this.

Appointment for COVID19 testing was not honored because I showed COVID symptoms. I had taken the appointment checking the box for exhibiting symptoms. At a time of severe testing shortage it was so annoying to be turned away. Isn't it more likely for those with symptoms to come for testing than those without?

The staff in radiology, specifically Barbara and Megan/Meagan/Meghan are rude, incompetent, and rigid. I took off work to have a test completed, and I’m allergic to medical masks. They refused to accommodate my request to wear my metal-free cloth mask under the medical mask. I have filed a complaint with patient relations. I hope that future folks ask for different technicians or choose a different facility.

Horrible, my girlfriend had an appointment with doctor chowdery and the check in person was wearing a mask like a chin diaper, like seriously of you work in the medical field and yet you still have a disregard for the patients and the check out person is so rude nd its not like finding a rheumatologist is easy so now we are stuck

Never thought of giving this place a bad review because usually when I come her Dr. Ginsberg sees me and he is excellent. However today I walked in an hour before closing needing to be seen everyone and their mom is coming in with a cold of course places are going to be packed. I get that. People get scared and go to the urgent Care when they should stay home. But I've been sick for three weeks and getting worse. I came in because I needed to be here. They turned me away and said there's one provider and they're over capacity. It took two times asking to get a referral to another urgent care in the area. Unfortunately I won't be going back unless I am desperate. I've seen every chair full in that room with one provider in the back and people still being seen and checked in. A sign on the door or something would help people like me not walk in when they shouldn't. If the doctors office next door had longer weekday hours and any weekend hours things would be a lot easier.

Absolutely horrendous experience, took my husband here today, we were directed by policemen and EMTs to go here since he doesn’t have insurance, and they turned him down and wouldn’t look at him as he was bleeding from his head with multiple cuts and bruises. We weren’t turned down because he didn’t have insurance he was turned down because the lady said they couldn’t get involved if police had filed a report.. which literally makes Zero sense. Seems like someone just didn’t want to do their job... as a nurse, doctor or any form of caregiver even if that is protocol ( which it isn’t because I talked to an actual doctor at the real Yale in new haven ) they could of atleast offered to clean him up and give him some type of bandage to keep from bleeding on the ride to the ER. I will be following up with supervisors. Horrendous excuse for a doctors office.

I can say nothing but positive comments about the facility, the medical and all of the staff, the easy access and parking. Most of all the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, made me feel better no matter how I felt. I have been a patient for 5 years, and have had monthly appointments and care for many of those years.

I went to them on my own in 2016, and after I exhaunted all other resources. I saw an Asian Doctor and her Medical Assistant. They took all my information and after the doctor examined me, she sent me to their laboratory. The doctor , her assistant and all personal at the lab were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I was offered the best services ever. Thanks to that Doctor the disease was detected on time. The doctor ordered special lab tests to detect possible diseases according to my many symptoms. Just one visit and all was resolved. After the findings they referred me to a specialist at Yale Hospital which confirmed their diagnosis. Those tests were not done anywhere else before and I was sick for a long period of time. This particular group specializes in immunology and are the best I have encountered in the state.

I really love visiting this medical center but Nurse Kristi who works at the MS center is making it hard for me. I find her very rude and miserable. When i'm on the phone with her she is always talking over me, cutting me off and making me feel d*** when I ask her questions that to me are very important. I haven't spoken to my doctor about this but I sure will the next time I visit.
