My son has been at Kindercare North Haven since October of last year and it has been a great experience! The teachers in the infant room do a great job and my baby seems so happy at the center. His teachers are so kind and have been helpful as we navigate the baby stage! I also really appreciate all the pictures and updates they send throughout the day. It makes me feel very comfortable getting to see his day to day even when I am not there. We are so happy we ended up at North Haven Kindercare - its been such a great experience!

Our daughter has been enrolled since she was 4 months old. Three years later and she’s still receiving the best care and learning something new every day. She loves going and seeing her friends and teachers. As parents we know she’s in great hands while she’s there. All of the teachers are wonderful! A special thanks to Miss Michele, Miss Megan, Miss Tonia and Miss Allyson! Elora loves all of you so much! Thank you to all the teachers for the wonderful care and learning experiences you give!

We have been with KinderCare for just almost 7 months, since our daughter was 6 months old. When starting our daycare journey, my husband was not looking forward to sending our daughter anywhere. Touring KinderCare and talking with Ms. Madeline, we were both impressed with the facility, policies, and app. We made the decision to bring her here and couldn't be happier with it; he always tells me: "I'm so glad we did this."The teachers are super friendly, engage with my daughter, and are always smiling. They truly care about the kids the work with! They have a cook on site and food is included with tuition - my daughter gets a well-balanced breakfast, lunch, and a snack every day. They do arts and crafts, even in the infants room. (Of course, I nearly cried bringing home her first piece of art). The app is so nice, and we are updated with every meal, diaper change and nap, with pictures and videos in between.There is no better feeling than complete confidence and trust in a facility that is watching your child, and we found that here.

Madeline, Michelle, and the Kindercare staff have been so good to my son and our family over the years. I love that Kindercare has been around for decades; they have a system in place that private daycares cannot compete with. They offer a nationwide curriculum for their children, have an easy app parents can use to monitor your child's daily activities and stay in touch with the teachers, and safety and well-being for our children is always their top priority. I can't speak highly enough about the staff! My husband and I are able to work with confidence that our child is well cared for by teachers who love him in a safe, clean environment.

We have nothing but positive experiences here. Madeline and her team have been extraordinarily helpful and supportive as new parents. The teachers go above and beyond to care for the kids.

My Grandson attends the North Haven KinderCare and loves going each day. I am amazed at how much he learns each day. The staff in his classroom are caring and attentive, and have taught him counting in English and Spanish, countless songs, in addition teaching social skills. The entire staff of teachers and administrators keep excellent lines of communications open to the parents along with sending many photos and videos daily showing the children interacting with each other during group activities. Great job KinderCare keep up the good work.

My son has attended North Haven Kindercare since he was 3 months old, now at 2 years old. He has loved every minute there, has a blast with his countless friends, and the socialization is incredible for him. They help bring out his incredible personality and encourage his curiosity and beginning his education. The staff are incredible with him, always ensuring he is well cared for.

Both my infant and toddler daughters attend KinderCare North Haven. My girls are always excited to 'go to school' and engage with their teachers and friends. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun.

Amazing center! The staff is so welcoming and always has great, fun and educational activities for the children to do! Seeing how happy my daughter is through the picture and video updates from them are always the best part of my day!

Madeline and Michelle have been nothing but wonderful to my son and I. We were going through major hardship and they went above and beyond to help us, help me provide for my son, and lift a lot of weight off my shoulders. I wouldn’t have been able to keep my son in school or give him a wonderful Christmas if it wasn’t for them. Madox is loved so very much at KinderCare. I feel safe to leave him in the care of his teachers. I recommend KinderCare 100%. They are more like family not a school or a drop off/pickup for your child. They made my first daycare experience for my first child a very pleasant experience.

On my childs second day going to this center, I picked him up and noticed red above his lip but he had his thumb in his mouth so i didn't notice the swollen lip until we got to the car. I walked back to the building and asked what happened and his teacher says nothing happened and walks off to leave. We waited for the director to come and we agreed to come back the next day when his teacher would be there so we can ask her. The next morning we sit down with his teacher and she claims nothing happened and my child never cried. Now we are here with no answers while his teacher lies and is still working there. Also, they have actively sick either staff or children attending this daycare! My review was deleted and nhpd and dcf claim nothing was found under their investigation. More lies because I was never contacted regarding the investigation and when I contacted dcf (which was weeks after the incident) they still hadn't went to the school to investigate. Sad that authorities who are supposed to help can't be trusted. No Justice was served!

My daughter has attended North Haven KinderCare since she was 3 months and there aren't enough words to describe how happy we are to have chosen this location. This is a caring and well-run facility with excellent teachers and leadership. Of course it's hard for any parent to drop off your little one while you go work, and as a first time mom, it was harder than I initially expected but the teachers in the infant rooms really helped me adjust by sending pictures and daily reports. The teachers are kind and patient, and we're are continually impressed at how much thought and energy is put into creating age-appropriate curriculums to encourage learning in fun ways - even at the infant level. Our daughter lights up when she realizes it's a school day! Director Madeline and assistant director Kayla are clearly passionate about creating an environment where kids can grow and thrive. They are thoughtful, organized and communicative, which has been reassuring in the midst of the pandemic. We trust them and their leadership implicitly.We moved to a daycare next to our house since we no longer commute to work but will always love KinderCare for helping us get through these first few months.

Admittedly, I initially thought KinderCare was going to be a temporary option because of the price and because I was on a waitlist for the daycare at my work. Now, four years later, I have remained because of the amazing staff, high quality learning and attentive care both my kids receive. THE STAFF: Friendly, responsive, nurturing and keep my kids safe. My daughter has many rough mornings and when I drop her off Ms. Sandra is always there waiting with open arms to give her some extra TLC. They provide tons of hands-on activities and have helped my child's language development soar. Ms. Kayla and Ms. Amanda make learning fun for the kids and beyond learning how to write her name, I feel like my daughter's curiosity and critical thinking skills is growing. In the infant and toddler rooms Ms. Dorothy, Ms. Brianna, Ms. Courtney are all treasures. They have gentle and happy souls perfect for easing the anxiety of leaving a little 12 week old there. Ms. Madeline is also helpful with answering questions and ironing out logistics. THE HOURS & APP: I also love their app which allows me to see frequent updates and pictures of the kids throughout the day. The hours are great 6:30AM-6PM making it convenient for parents who don't have too much flexibility in their schedule. They are open when most schools and other daycares are closed during holiday and seasonal breaks and even bad weather (so grateful when their staff trek in to be there for you and your kids no matter what). Highly recommend North Haven KinderCare. They really try to make your life easy and love your kids.

We've been using KinderCare for child care for our first child and we plan to send our next one there too. We're very happy with the services that they provide. They have a great curriculum (even for infants). I've always felt that my child is in good hands with the team here. Plus, they stay open until 6pm which is a big benefit for getting there after work with the commute that I have.
