Wonder ladies helped out my friend get his Tesla back. First time either of us heard of a betterment. They explained to us what it was. Shared a quick laugh and he was out of there in 10 mins. Great place. Beautiful waterfall wall!! Very nice staff.

My experience at NHA was outstanding. My car was damaged in an accident and they took care of everything. They dealt with the insurance company, the car rental agency and kept me informed frequently and accurately. And they're very nice people! I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. Hit a metal barrier in a municipal garage putting a crack in my lower front bumper. Brought car to North Haven Auto Body on March 25th. Did not get it back until May 17th. To be fair my insurance company also dragged their feet but only because NHAB is overpriced and added "fluff" to their quote. There were many factors to my disappointment but suffice it to say I believe they did not communicate with me or my insurance company on a timely basis. In the end I paid out of pocket way more than my deductible. The only positive is I have my car back and it looks good. My advice think twice before you choose a body shop.

Brought in my 2013 Toyota Venza for a rear end collision! They replaced the bumper and the work was flawless! It looks brand new. They kept my interior clean and even washed it! The staff was very informative and gave me daily texts on the status of the repair. I highly recommend North Haven Autobody! Top notch facility.

My car was recently broken into, glass everywhere, and several of my keepsakes taken from me. Through this stressful and difficult time I was very lucky to have my car towed to North Haven Auto Body for repairs. Not only did they repair the smashed window and dents, they completely detailed my entire car. They even were able to remove tree sap stains that were strong, thick, and stubborn. I had chills when I saw my car, and am eternally grateful to the North Haven Auto Body family for putting their all into my vehicle. It was the extra love and effort that really blew me away, and never have I ever had a better experience servicing my car.
