Do not use these people, terrible group of people!! They do scummy things like wait for a truck driver to leave his truck for no more than an hour or two, then they tow it for” leaving it unattended” absolutely disgusting people!!!!! My friend has his truck towed tractor and trailer from the Darien truckstop. He was doing a moving job. They had to go pick up a shipment in Norwalk with a smaller truck as soon as they saw him leave 10 to 15 minutes later they towed his truck so literally they sit there and watch and wait for drivers to leave, so they can make money off of towing peoples trucks $2500 for three hours disgraceful way to make a living another, Driver told him that was the third truck, they towed this week, just from that location

They are quick an will never leave you stranded they towed my lowered car with ease was a lil nervous but they handled it with care an love would recommend them to any one that needs a tow for any thing one of the best experiences dealing with a tow company there grate an do everything from tows to recovery would recommend an use them any time thanks for the help!!!!!

I had driven an entire overnight for Uber and was exhausted! Going back and forth to New York multiple times. On my way home to North Haven, I ran out of gas right front of the North Haven Cumberland Farms. A Nelcon Driver happened to be driving by and didn’t hesitate to stop to see how he could help me. He helped me get my car over to the Cumberland Farms gas station, pumped the gas for me, and made sure that my car was OK before he left. I wish I got this employee’s name but he was my guardian angel this morning. I Cannot say enough good things about this employee or Nelcon due to the fact that they choose to employ this Gentleman. Great hire.! Thank you so much.!!!

Got a flat tire at 6:00AM, called AAA and they couldn’t get the tire off to fit the spare so they towed the car to BJs Tire Service. They couldn’t do it either. At 11:30AM after calling AAA again we got a technician named Mike from Nelcon. They were super nice and friendly, and fixed the problem quickly, fit the spare, and called ahead to get us a quick appointment for a new tire. Jeff and Christopher (also Nelcon) helped us out with the tire had it ordered and on the car within an hour. 10/10 service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. From the start, the service was shockingly unprofessional. It felt like I was dealing with a scam rather than a legitimate business. They overcharged me significantly, and it was clear they were preying on vulnerable customers who needed help.
The owner is particularly unreasonable and seems more interested in squeezing every last penny out of his clients than providing any real service or support. I’ve dealt with bad service before, but this was on another level. The lack of integrity and respect for customers is astounding.
If you care about your wallet and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. There are countless other options that won’t take advantage of you. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

this company is the absolute worst i have gone to, OVERPRICED and a literal scam. their service is absolutely horrendous too. do not recommend using them to anyone. literally a waste of your money and time.
