Customer service was excellent. Walked me through the entire process and was a very seamless transition. Transaction was completed as they promised. Received a check for the difference in the loan the same day they picked up the vehicle. Everything went as they said it would from start to finish.

Mercedes-Benz of North Haven fixed my vehicle to a state of brand new. The staff was very courteous and attentive. My vehicle was performed on and finished beyond expectation, 3 weeks whereas I thought it would be longer. They are the best!

I Took my car in for having the engine light on. It was diagnosed and fixed in two days. I was kept updated of every step and progress it pick up. Every question I had was answered. The best part it was under warranty so I didn’t have to pay for the work completed.

3 weeks I am waiting for my deposit to be back …
I CALL YOU few times , I left my information, your sell man is to busy.
1. First time when I call : I said that I am not buying a car from you , can you refund me know :
He said he is busy ; I said ok, call me 4:30 - 5 pm , He said if I have time . ( really)
2. I call second time he was busy again .
3. I call 3th time he was a way .
4 . I call again I left my information to someone to contact me and refund my money .
I guess this dealership needs my Deposit so badly…..

Bought a 2020 MB E 350 at the dealership last month. It was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and we negotiated a fair deal and trade-in thanks to Devon Coleman and Elena the Sales Manager. A couple weeks ago we had a couple minor mechanical problems and the Service Dept. fixed both under the warranty at no cost to us. Thanks to Service Advisor Zane Honious and Service Manager Scott Molster. I highly recommend these professionals for the purchase and servicing of your MB. Thanks to all. JM

We have had Mercedes cars for many years! We bought an electric one a couple of years ago, today’s experience taking the car for service WAS A MESS, A DISASTER! We had been paying insurance for the tires, they told me it was 3K to change the tires and that the type of insurance I had did not apply for this. THIS IS NOT WHAT THY TOLD ME AND MADE ME SIGN WHEN I SIGNED FOR THE CAR! They gave complete MISINFORMATION!.. Then, I told them to please charge the car, they said they couldn’t but finally put the car in a machine that was charging the car at 3 kw per hour! It gave an estimate that would be fully charged TOMORROW!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
