“I’ve never had an issue with a Yale Blood Draw stations, but the one in Wallingford completely amazed me today! first thing on a Monday morning and busy, they had me, and at least 4 other patients that I saw, in and out in about 15 minutes. The receptionist and phlebotomists have this down to an absolute science!! Bravo.”

“Very clean. Friendly staff. I am a "difficult stick", but I travel 30 mins. out of my way to come to this location. Here, I do not have to endure 3+ attempts to obtain a blood sample, because the techs are very skilled. The bathrooms are always clean and smelling fresh. The parking is ample. Handicap accessible.”

“Appointment at 1:30, was seen by 1:34. Waiting room clean and able to wait outside if preferred. I have tons of anxiety with getting blood taken & sometimes faint. Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”

“The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
