I went to the North Haven location. There was some initial miscommunication with another sales person but Karen stepped in and resolved the issue. Karen is absolutely fantastic and beyond helpful. She is seriously a genuine person who has the customers interest at the forefront. Highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to find the perfect mattress. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress.
