My doctor ordered a CPAP for me from these people.I waited a month and heard nothing. So I got their number and called.I was told it would be weeks, not days, before they could get me the CPAP machine. They said there was some kind of recall plus "supply chain issues."They said they might have 100 orders and only get three machines. My issue is: tell the customer. Don't make me wait and never hear anything. My doctor said I am in the worst 5% of cases of sleep apnea.I will probably never know whether or not the CPAP machine will help me.The person I spoke to didn't even know how to apologize.

The WORST customer service. They do not communicate with their call center and do not let customers know they're being transferred to an out-of-state call center that can't answer questions about referrals and authorizations. I'd been trying to reorder supplies for months before anyone deigned to tell me that I needed to renew my authorization with my insurance. Once I did and my insurance faxed my authorization it took Lincare 30 days to process it and send me new equipment. I called multiple times during that month to follow up only to be told that they hadn't received any authorization. When I checked with my insurance they had a log that indicated that they had sent the authorization MULTIPLE times. My insurance even sent me a copy of that authorization which I offered to forward to Lincare MULTIPLE times to no avail. I was reduced to tears begging a rep to DO SOMETHING. When I called YET AGAIN to follow up YET AGAIN my call was forwarded to the call center who took a message and said that someone from the local office would call me back, which never happened. Totally incompetent company that obviously doesn't care about their customers.

An update: the tech people never called me back. I called three times over a period of three months and got the same stupid thing, "a tech person will call you shortly. I wrote a letter to YNHH asking them to rethink contracting Lincare for servicing equipment. Finally, after three months + a service rep helped and we got the machine working again. It only took a ten minute conversation which could have solved the problem the FIRST time I called. Very unprofessional.

They were super. I called them last minute to provide a medical device for my traveling mom and they made sure it was at her residence before she got there. Excellent service.
