Monday I dropped off my laptop and Bob (tech) told me he would check out and call me in 24 hours with what needed to be done and with a quote. He called me back within one hour with problem and quote to fix. I gave him ok to proceed and was told 2 parts had to be ordered and it would be a few days to receive and install. Today (3 days later) he called me at 8:30 AM and said work completed and working properly. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend IMC for computer repairs.

Good customer service is rare these days, and with business computers it can be vital. I have to say that IMC has been a lifesaver on numerous occasions. The biggest advantage is being able to speak with someone immediately for any problem you have. Would highly recommend

We have done business with IMC a few times & they’ve been great every time! They are transparent about scope of work & pricing. If something can’t be fixed/done, they’re honest about it. I’ve always found them a pleasure to work with and they are our go to firm for any tech work we need!
