This is where it came from, and I have to tell you, the conversation that I had with the store manager, Bill was very polite, and he actually was able to help me to resolve an issue I had rapidly and with great customer service. I appreciate Bill taking the time to not only listen to me, but then call me back to let me know that the issue was resolved. I understand the items might not be in 10/10 condition, but at 8 or 9/10 condition, with a heavy discount, is unbeatable. If your that worried about quality, purchase the warranty, from all that your are saving. I purchased a fridge, washer, and dryer, all for the price of one fridge at a non outlet Lowes. The staff was super friendly. Came here early in the Am on a Sunday before the crowd.”
