“Nina exceeded our expectations 1000%! My wife and I were looking for a “non traditional” flower arrangement for a friend’s services who passed away suddenly at the age of 51. He had a love of motorcycles. We provided her with a picture of his motorcycle and asked for an arrangement that resembled one. We were absolutely amazed with the finished product and received numerous compliments. It was very apparent that she spent a lot of time on it. She is extremely creative and highly recommend her! “Florals by Kait did an exceptional job providing the flowers for my wedding in December 2023. Kait was the first florist I reached out to in planning my wedding. She responded in a timely fashion with so much excitement for this special time in my life. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but we spoke on the phone soon after, and she helped recommend centerpieces and flowers for the bridal party bouquets that were within my budget. After our call, she followed up with a written quote and images showing past examples of flower arrangements she had done that were like what she proposed for my wedding. I was able to go into her store and see samples that she put together for me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She was great at checking in during the months prior to the wedding and was a new mom in the weeks before my wedding, still taking time to communicate via text and email. When I had last minute changes in table count and adding flower arrangements for the church, she was able to accommodate without an issue. All in all, Kait was a professional and made this component of my wedding stress-free. “Great place to buy roses!While visiting friends in Cheshire from Ohio, I needed 4 dozen multi-colored roses as gifts. Sandy in the floral department helped select three colors of long-stemmed roses. She made up two bunches of very nice, fresh roses. I called in an order for delivery and although they couldn't create the exact table arrangement I wanted (they had run out of a specific color of roses during a busy weekend) they offered to make the same arrangement in another color that I preferred and the result turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process swiftly and was very nice. Delivery estimate arrived right on time and made for a wonderful gift to a friend living in New Haven. “I had a very hard time finding a local florist that had a storefront and was still in business. I went to 2 locations, one which was abandoned and the other closed before finding Alan's shop. Hamden Florist has been great! I had to run in and get a last-minute bouquet and the owner, Alan was very helpful and kind and listened to what I wanted. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he got it done in a short amount of time. I received a gorgeous bouquet at the most affordable and reasonable price I've found anywhere else. I ended up going back a few later for another arrangement and I was not disappointed.”

“My Mom passed away on January 22nd and my heart was broken. I wanted her to know how beautiful she was to us and how much she was loved. Flower Wonderland was recommended for the floral arrangements. When I called I was a wreck and didn't even know what I wanted. They were kind and understanding. They asked a few questions about my mom and her favorite flowers. The flowers were a perfect reflection of my mom. They did a spectacular job. Being a family owned business did not go unnoticed. Unbeknownst to me they personalized the arrangement from the grandchildren by incorporating small ornamental butterflies into the wreath which the grandchildren were able to retrieve and will have forever. Thank you Nicole and Gigi for making a difficult day into a display of love and beauty.”

The store is very clean, well-stocked, fully staffed, and they even played great music that seemed to put everyone in a happy, dancing mood.The layout of the store made everything easy to find and access. Nothing on my list was out of stock. The selection of fruits, vegetables and meats, offered a wide variety of sizes and prices. My favorite area is always the florist, and Wallingford did not disappoint. It included almost a whole wall full of beautiful arrangements. Kudos to the management for providing such a pleasurable shopping experience!”

“I contacted Forget Me Not floral shop as it had great reviews. I am so glad I did that. I contacted them to order flowers for my Godson who was hospitalized unexpectedly. Sandy, Florist, was friendly and very helpful when taking my order. After hanging up I was informed by family to hold off sending flowers as my Godson may be moved to a different location. I contact the floral shop and Sandy was very helpful and understanding of the situation and honored my request to hold the order until I have a confirmed delivery address. Once I had the delivery location confirmed, I called Forget Me Not Flower Shop and completed the transactions. A day later, Laura(shop manager) contacted me and advised when I called a second time to complete my order the payment was accidentally processed twice for one order. Laura quickly refunded me for the overage, confirmed my order and delivery date. Laura was friendly, professional and helpful. The shop overall showed care and concern to provide excellent customer service. As I am on the West Coast, the picture I included (may not be the best photo) was from a family member, but I was told the flowers are beautiful. The bouquet is "Garden Patch", I had the shop substitute yellow roses for the pink ones. I will definitely use this shop again for my New Haven,CT family.”
