not actually open when they say they are. Have been here twice and they simply are just closed even though it lists being open for at least a few more hours.

Unprofessional, low IQ staff. Made me wait to ask a simple question if they take photos, only to find out they dont. When i said excuse me I have a quick question. The guy made me wait so computers could reboot! Not sure how the two things are related. Not to mention the guy had closed the store and had left a note 'will be back at 4.15'. The store hours do not mention a recess!! Dressed dirty and unprofessional.

Once again Britney was there to help me ship my package. I always have an issue printing at home. When I'm ready to give up she's there to help. Can not say enough about her patience and attitude. Top notch. Thank you Britney.

There was a young women at the store who really helped me when my package arrived during a family emergency. I had ordered the item over a year ago and did not know when it would arrive. She held my package for a couple of days longer and made sure that I got it.She communicated with me and was really pleasant. I am so grateful for her attention and care. I picked it up on Feb 21 2022.Thank you Fed Ex Office North Haven.

Nicest Fedex Office I've ever been to! Staff is calm, patient, and efficient. I had a big self-serve copying project that I then needed some add-ons for. The self-serve system for printing directly from a file works with beautiful clarity. While I was there, the lone clerk got tons of other people's problems (mostly shipping) solved with kindness and speed, then she rescued my day in under 10 minutes.

Fantastic customer service. In and out in minutes which is appreciated while with a small baby on my chest. The manager helped me with my order and he was professional and answered all questions about an item I was shipping to Canada. This location during the season is open until 8pm. I've never had a bad experience here. Great local place to ship and copy. A++++

Never open. Have come here on Monday and now today, Tuesday around noon time. Not open either day. The post office down the street is open though.
