The lady who is working here is super rude, no patience, doesn’t listen to the customer, wasting time and never willing to solve the problem. I feel like she does not want to communicate but just wants to leave. I asked for the future packages that require signature that I may not be home to receive them then what should I do. She said just changing your address for all your future packages to the closest store. This is ridiculous, because there are other companies like DHL, UPS and USPS will delivery packages and how could they send them to FedEx? Also, I have never had any issue with other delivery companies other than FedEx. I will try to avoid using FedEx, this feelings are even stronger after talking to the lady who is working here. I think there is something wrong with the FedEx system. This is races and discrimination, which makes life so hard. I will try my best to avoid using any services from FedEx in the future.

I went on June 26, 2024 in the morning. There were a dozen of us waiting - for 15 minutes with no staff person taking customers or even in the room. When one final came from the back she moved slowly. After waiting another 1/2 an hour they had only processed one customer's package. I left then and took my package to UPS at Staples in Hamden, took me 5 minutes to mail it there. I might expect this kind of service from a government institution but from a company that makes $$, I will not be using FedEx in the future.

I ordered a pair of very expensive shoes that were supposed to be delivered to my house. The Fed ex courier delivered my package to an apartment complex across town from my home. The picture they uploaded stating that it was delivered was totally not my home. I think they have couriers that pick out certain boxes and "accidentally" deliver them to people they may know. When I talked to the manager at the North Haven location she stated that it was human error. I don't understand how there can be human error in the era of smart phones with maps. Be mindful using them to deliver high priced items.

Great experience the clerk behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.I was shocked when I found out it costs $47.55 to send a FedEx standard envelope with overnight service from Connecticut to Florida. In the future I will research other shipping companies before I decide who to use.

Careless delivery. A package of photos (clearly marked Walgreens Photo) that was small enough to fit in my mailbox was left outside my front door in the pouring rain. It could’ve been put between the storm door and front door or put in a plastic bag. My photos were ruined! This is totally unprofessional and negligence.

Manager of the branch was very helpful in trying to get a package to me that was rerouted. I wish I had gotten his name, but he went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful!

This review is for any fedex location. I bought from a store in oxford CT I live in South Carolina. My main depot is in Florence Carolina. I just found by way of tracking that my package shipped from CT was in Dallas Texas. What the hell is the reason to send it out west instead of directly south to my location. FedEx is known for many missing packages, and I had several. The Charlston SC location had workers arrested for stealing packages and the cover up is the package got lost in shipping. B/S it got sent to a location where it did not belong and then they go missing. If you do business or purchase online, ask the seller who do they ship by. If its FedEx just get it from a place who sends it via UPS or USPS. Much more security and directing shipping to you. When you complain to FedEx, they just play d*** or maybe not play it. FedEx is bad for your business and trust. Avoid this rotten service if you what to get your packages on time or if at all.
