I have a known issue with my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Jeep will not take care of the issue. Customer service at Jeep Wave was extremely poor and I was actually hung up on and I was not heated or rude. Called 3 different time with a similar experience. I would not recommend Jeep for future purchases due to the handling of this issue.

Traded in my 2011 Patriot for a 2023 Compass. Jorge the salesman was great. Very patient with me as this car is all electronic inside. This is my third Jeep from this dealership.

If I could rate this lower, I would. After multiple times telling the sales representatives and the gentleman in the labor department that I was going over mileage for my lease, they continued to do nothing. I was looking to either up my mileage or turn my lease in early. When I finally went to trade in I was left with only one option, buy my lease to avoid paying 8k in over mileage.Because I had already come to terms that this would be a possibility, I accepted that and then began running paperwork to purchase/finance the rest of my jeep. Kevin continued to push for me to put down more money to lower my monthly payments and get me approved by banks for the loan. Said I needed to put down at least 4k to get approved. When my significant other walked in he shook his hand and stated “I knew she was calling her money man”. While I understand this was a light hearted joke, it was also quite offensive. I offered to put down 2k and then got talked into 4k When I asked if he ran an approval through my personal credit union he stated that they wouldn’t approve because the car had over 40k miles on it(lies-I went to my bank after and they said they didn’t care about the mileage on the vehicle). I wanted to think this all over before making a decision (4k down, $800+ payment a month, 9.78% interest rate, etc). When I asked for paperwork/a break down he refused to provide any. I left extremely frustrated especially since I was there from 9am to 3pm. I went to Milford Jeep who made me feel like family right from the jump. Lucky for Milford they got my sale and a very high review. And lucky for me I got a brand new 2023 wrangler, a 6% interest rate with my new car, and my mileage partially forgiven. Take your business elsewhere. I should’ve known from the start this was going to be a messy deal since the first salesman was rude and not helpful when originally looking to buy/lease.

Such an incredibly helpful and honest staff. I am not from the area and it was such an easy process to get the vehicle from them. Dakota, Arianna, and Jorge made my out of state purchase much easier than I expected

The service specialist by the name of Tyler was the worst customer service I have had in the 15+ years dealing with car dealerships. When given the bill that I was not made aware of prior to pick up I was told that I should’ve told him about a warranty that would cover the cost of the oil change. I mentioned that I would be including the lack of communication of billable services in my survey and that is when Tyler became confrontational. Speaking over me, blocking the exit when asked to move, then discarding the office copies of my service in the shred bin while saying that he is going to block my ability to survey my experience. I paid my charges that were due but still left unsatisfied due to Tyler’s rudeness and him trying to educate me on something I was aware of and understood. When I told him to stop and that I get it, he continued because he did not want a negative survey. The lack of communication, the unnecessary rudeness, and extremely unprofessional acts from this “certified” service specialist will prevent myself and those I previously referred from going back to this Jeep location. If you deal with Tyler caution for the word “survey”.

700 percent mark up on parts, and fraudulent labor cost. Today was my last day coming here. Save your wallet and go elsewhere!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received regarding my car issue. In the past two months, my car has been towed three times due to recurring battery problems. Despite the dealership replacing the batteries, the underlying issue persists, and no one seems to be able to find a solution. This ongoing ordeal has left me without reliable transportation, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain.
What's even more frustrating is the lack of assistance from your customer service team. Not only have they been unhelpful, but they have also been completely unprofessional. Despite explaining my situation and the urgency of needing a rental car to commute to work —a 30-mile journey—I have been met with indifference. The suggestion of using Uber was offered, with the promise of reimbursement pending a decision on my case. However, there is no timeline for when this decision will be made, leaving me in limbo and also having to reschedule my patients and causing our company to lose patients, time, and money.
The fact that no one at Jeep has been able to provide a satisfactory resolution is beyond disappointing. Every interaction with your team has been met with incompetence and a lack of empathy. It's unacceptable that no supervisor was available to address my concerns or escalate the matter further.
Being without a car for two months and having to rely on expensive Uber rides due to Jeep's inability to fix the problem is simply unacceptable. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.
I urge Jeep to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with a suitable solution. I expect better from a company of your reputation.

Made an appointment for Tuesday at 4:00 P.M. for a test ride. Received 3 confirmation calls and an e-mail. Left work early to pick up my wife and to make sure we were on time. Had to miss hour of pay and pay my moms (92) health aide overtime (not cheap) to stay while we went. Drove from Meriden to North Haven arrived about 3:55 went to get salesman and then see someone else get in the vehicle and leave for a test ride. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes or so but we were the ones with the appointment. We left and I receive an e-mail this morning that they have other vehicles I might like!

Exceedingly high level of price gouging. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service—most all other shops will offer fair estimates.

Horrible dealership. They have a no questions ask walk away policy that they put great effort in to not honoring. Their sales team is incompetent. Their management team DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Traded in a Jeep JLU for a 4xe- first vehicle accelerated without a foot on the pedal and came up with a traction battery issue that was never explained or fixed. Issues were reported to sales and management within 48hours of purchase. After a lot of back and forth they eventually begrudgingly took the vehicle and leased another. So far car has been great. What’s not great- they have a policy where the wheel locks are not kept in the vehicles and MONTHS later still no resolution. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.
