Mary cashier acted in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner towards two elderly women. Cashier showed an action of tug and war over a divider on the belt. One of the elderly women just had a previous surgery. Resulting in a call to the manager and supervisor. While others watched this incident occur and it left them upset and complained that this was not the first time this cashier acted this way. Business has went down hill and I was able to witness it first hand. The supervisor Elenor seemed to be the only one that really supported the complain and needs to be promoted. The manager Jolene needs to be demoted. Surely will not receive my business ever again.

This north haven location is a Racist location. They don't allow their customers to use the bathroom. But all other dollar trees I have been have a public bathroom for their BUYING CUSTOMERS. I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER MADE THIS DECISION. VERY DISTURBING. WHY YOU WOULDN'T ALLOW PAYING CUSTOMERS BLACK FEMALE TO USE YOUR BATHROOM. A DISGRACE AND NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO FROM CORPORATE.

The hiring manager Cat cannot or is not willing to do her job. I scheduled two separate interviews, both of which she forgot about when the interview day came up. Obviously she doesn't care about the store or doing her job correctly. Ever since she took her position there, the store has been disgusting and poorly managed.

My experience lately at the North Haven, Ct dollar tree store has been awful. I have been shopping there for a very long time. The managers and employees have always been courteous and helpful until recently. This new manager , Cat, should be transferred or fired for her rude and unprofessional work ethic as a new manager. She obviously did not pass the manager training at the store well. I have witnessed many times her , Cat, being very rude to nice customers and nice employees. She must have fired all the employees who have been working there for many years who were great employees and people with professional work ethic. She is the nastiest manager I have ever witnessed over the past few months. She does not belong in this store as the manager The community of North Haven shops these and the people of our town are kind and helpful.Please bring back the old managers and all the wonderful employees we had there.
