It never ceases to amaze me how different stores within the same chain could be so very different from each other. This CVS was very busy. The line at the pharmacy counter was backed up all the way to the front door. There were a group of high school students who work there stocking shelves. However, none of them knew where anything was located. It was also interesting how many things were under lock and key. Prices were extremely high at this location. Parking is available and easily accessible right off of Washington Avenue. Sadly, we couldn't find many of the items my neighbor had requested .

obviously neither corporate nor management gives a hoot about customer service in this horrific store. 1. NO ONE answers the phone. 2. pharmacy is the worst experience one could imagine, 3. backup for pharmacy pickup is atrocious! it is plainly obvious they move as slowly as possible. 4. WHY, OH WHY do they continue to send out emails asking about "customer experience". JUST REAS YOUR REVIEWS!!!!

I moved from Milford to north haven and went from the most convenient pharmacy around to this nightmare that should've been shut down by now. You can never expect your prescriptions to be ready because they rarely are (hopefully you don't need any life saving drugs from here) and in the rare event that they are ready, you can expect to wait up to 40 minutes whether you use the counter or the drive thru. I'd recommend the Walgreens or north haven pharmacy. I've never used them but they can't be worse than this place.

The staff in general is rude and oblivious. I made a mistake a picked up a script I didn't need and the tech wanted to give attitude on returning it telling me next time check my list of scripts I'm picking up. If you're not allowed to return it just say so and I'll move on and accept my mistake. But don't help me and make me feel bad about it. And it's not like the drive thru pick up guy explained anything anyways. The only words out of his mouth were "10 dollars" and "sign please". And the self checkout people never pay attention. They'll keep helping the main line even after people walk up after you needed help first. So you just gotta wait for lord knows how long.

Very disappointed and will never use them again They would not even see my daughter because of a concussion over 3 months ago so wrong she is fine been saying need clearance from doctor umm I tried to get into doctor before having to use you guys she is completely fine nothing wrong she needed this visit for tryouts for her high school field hockey team now you ruined her chances of getting on team thank so much I have a crying daughter

I will choose to agree with the other 1 Star reviews. The staff at this location of CVS is Awful, to say the least. Marylou was mentioned in a previous review as "Great". Well, try going there on a regular basis before writing a one off review (which is definitely suspect since she is under investigation by CVS Corporate). Marylou, along with the other pharmacists, frequently tell me they are out of stock with medications. These are LIFE SAVING meds, NOT run of the mill meds. I was told point blank that "they aka the pharmacists" decide which patients receive their meds before others. The pharmacist used the word "prioritize" several times. I inquired into this statement. No, they were NOT saying first come, first served. What I was being told is "Prioritize". So, you ask, who is prioritized? Town residents are priority. Police, Firefighters, Town Employees, Family members, Friends. ALL will have their scripts filled BEFORE a "random" albeit regular, monthly customer. Regardless if the medication is life saving or not. CVS Corporate has been notified and made aware of this and considers it a discriminatory practice. I have been assured by CVS Corporate that this is NOT how prescriptions are filled. Corporate does NOT prioritize one customer over the next in ANY situation. They have acknowledged that anything even resembling "prioritizing" is clearly discrimination. They have been in constant follow up contact with me regarding this practice. Corporate is aware that this has not only been allowed to go on, but REQUIRED at this location by the pharmacists - including but not limited to Marylou. I have been informed that once they gather enough information and documented proof, Corporate will be making wholesale changes at the North Haven location.

Someone at CVS needs to fix the CVS app, for the past year over 90% of the time I can't connect to the pharmacy section. Keeps on saying server unavailable at this time please try again later. ISSUE FIXED TY CVS.

Pharmacy has long lines at the drive thru and inside. On multiple occasions the cashier at the Pharmacy has been dismissive/unpleasant.In addition, I have seen 2 different pharmacists sneeze without covering their mouths in recent months. I understand most people are "over" covid but has nothing been learned about the spread of germs.Plenty of other pharmacy's within a few miles.

I know others have had some bad reviews, but personally, every time I've been in here, I've gotten my prescription quickly and easily. There's always at least 5 people behind the counter working.

Have been going to cvs for years w no problems. But lately, extremely slow unorganized staff. And they also fail to mention to the patient or the prescribing dr when the med u've been taken for years r not in stock and could not give any info on when they'll b getting it in.

Called and they said perscription wasn't sent in. I called 5 minutes later and spoke with a different person and she was like oh, it is here, different system. So the first person was just badly trained. Second person said it will be ready in 30 min, got there and it was not ready and now they promised it will be done in 15 minutes. This place is awful and the phone system takes forever to get through just to speak with someone.

THANK YOU TO MARYLOU!! My Husband was discharged from the hospital today and was prescribed a new medication. My frequently used pharmacy did not have it in stock and suggested I call around! I called Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT just about 20 mins before closing. I spoke w/ the pharmacist, MaryLou. She heard the distress in my voice, as I pleaded for her to fill it before closing. All I had to do was call the previous pharmacy back, have them electronically send it to MaryLou at CVS - MaryLou and the staff had to enter it, fill it and have it ready prior to (my pickup) 8:00pm!! And, ready it was!! So to MaryLou and the entire team working tonight... Ashley, Brittany, Kofi and Laurissa...... THANK YOU!! You Guys Rock!!!
