Coach did an excellent job repairing my 2020 Honda Accord after a car accident in which my car had substantial damage after being hit from behind. Upon getting my car back, it looks and drives like it’s new, spotless inside and out. My adjuster worked hand in hand with Coach and kept me in the loop. Shout out to Joy at Coach Auto. Cannot believe I am only the second rave review. I agree. Pete and his team are wonderful. Had my first fender bender nearby in Hamden. First time ever needing a bodyshop. My insurance company had Coach listed as one of their recommended shops so I went with Coach to coordinate my insurance. Coach and Pete are first rate. Job was more complex than I had thought, but Pete and his team handed me back my car looking and working as if nothing had happened. Lots of storms and tree limbs coming down in the area. If you need help getting your car fixed and someone who has experience coordinating with insurance companies then call these guys. Glad I did!

This shop does good quality work. They are well equipped and capable of repairing your vehicle after an accident. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in the area and need a good body shop, rest assured, you found a good, quality body shop.

Coach fixed my Nissan Maxima years back after a steel barricade jumped out in front of me in an ice storm. Because they did such a great job on that car, we returned this year to repair my fathers Toyota Sienna. Exceptional work and service. They took care of insurance for us, car rental...whole nine yards! Even cleaned the car afterwarsds to highlight the work done. Top notch auto body. AND across from Liuzzi Cheese...perfect to grab a bite between visits. :)

Pete was wonderful to work with on my mother's car. He was very fair and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to work with him. Pete and his folks did an amazing job on fixing my moms bumper after she backed into a pole and had a good amount of damage. they really were awesome to work with!

Very pleased with service. My car three year old sedan in accident and they worked efficiently with my insurance company. Almost $3000 damage but I only paid my deductible.

So I was across the street from this place getting lunch and I locked my keys in my car. Can't really explain how except that the battery in my keyfob died and the keys were in the car it was zero degrees outside, I don't have AAA so I knew I was in a bit of a jam.

I've had multiple experiences with Coach over the past 30 plus years. Always great work, always honest. I was looking the number up to send to a friend and saw the negative review. From reading that.. sounds like the guy had a beef and maybe was a little inexperienced on what he was looking to get done. Like I said, always a great job done here. The owner and his wife are very nice and very fair.
