I have been trying to get a store representative to answer a call about a very serious matter. I keep being routed to a call center and they are not helpful. Is there a better contact number cause I live 40 minutes away. I think it was very unprofessional to say go back to the store cause there isn't anyone in the store available....... ever??? ?

Went in for laptop employees eager to help know absolutely nothing about products. When customer inquiries about a certain brand that YOU carry that happens to be high end don't tell them " oh nah nah nah you don't want that, please don't get that". Will continue to buy on Amazon this establishment offers no advantage just costs more money and the time driving there.
I cannot wait for every last one of these to go out of business just like circuit city, tick tock tick tock

Typical big box store. Run down and unkept. Employees who were eager to help didn't know anything about the products. Employee at the checkout counter was busy doing other things rather than checking out. It looks like the owners or senior management never go by the store.

June 22nd update: Geek Squad, how are you all "Apple Authorized" when you still have to put in a repair form AND talk to Apple themselves? I wasted an hour and a half with you all trying to get my iPhone X's battery replaced because you apparently kept getting errors with the form on your computer which then resulted in me and my father having to look at some guy looking at a computer screen "chatting" with Apple support with no sign of progress. You can't even touch the iPhone without Apple's approval? I feel like that's not actually being "Authorized" when again, you have to put in a form and contact Apple themselves anyways. Won't be taking any of my Apple products to a Best Buy ever again.
Original review around April: What's the point of making an appointment for Geek Squad if you guys are going to tell the customer nothing but excuses AND for them to go all the way to Trumbull instead? Sorry that you guys are short staffed but do something about that asap because not everyone wants to go all the way to Trumbull for Geek Squad services. After paying $180 for the My Best Buy Total membership too like I would want a refund if this is how this location's Geek Squad is always going to be. The only guy that was there was mumbling too like speak up buddy. Quite a sign of this location potentially going out of business next like the Orange location.

Dropped off my HDD for repair. It has been five days that they have not touched the device. Called them multiple times and never got successful in even talking to someone at the store. Everything is fake. I am gonna file a complaint through BBB cause those guys have stolen my money and withheld my device hostage.

I went there to buy a phone. They didn't have and nobody seemed to know what's going on there. They said they located one in trumbull store, I asked if they could call first to confirm they actually had one. I was told they can't call them because they don't have a phone at the store. Can you imagine... yiu can't call a store that sells phones?? They seemed to understand the irony, but confirmed they have no ability to receive calls. I left there and bought the phone on line at Amazon for a better price.

Was just there today 5/27/24. I wasn’t planning on buying PS5 but the beautiful woman employee was a good seller and gave a lot of good reasons to buy. she also spoke spanish too which was helpful for me .
