I'm only going here to cash my paycheck until my debit card for a completely different bank comes in. They're rude and judgemental and for some reason you're not allowed to use the drive through unless you have an account with them. Even though it's the same exact teller as if you went inside

Always always understaffed but they have one person who is not a teller walking around the line asking what they can help you with just so they can tell you they'll be with you as soon as possible. Lol. Oh and I work for the TOW who pays their employees through BOA and they chargee $8.00 to cash their check! Absolutely ridiculous.

I just had a wonderful experience today at Bank of America 35 Washington Avenue North Haven. I was in need of a Notary Public to have a few documents signed. I made an appointment online on their app which by the way was very easy to do. I arrived for our appointment and was greeted by Tammie and we sat down and discussed what my needs were she then read over all the documents and determined what needed to be signed and notarized we completed all of the signatures and our meeting was completed. Tammie was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable I really appreciated all she did for me. I would recommend this BOA branch to all my friends and family.

I went there to collect my check book and they could not help me out in any way. It was such inconvenience to wait in the line for long time and then have no services available to you. I wasted my gas money back and forth only to hear that they could not help me out.

Bad customer service, I’d been waiting for more than half hour while the lobby had nobody, one lady helped a customer, the other lady with her laptop, and funny thing was the manager lady back and forth between her office and lobby so many times see me like air, didn’t even say hi to me, I went to the counter asked if someone can help me I just have a simple question to ask, she said she couldn’t answer I need to ask the desk people, I sat back and waited, few minutes later a lady customer came in sat next to me, and the manager lady came out and said to her gonna be a wait the customer respond he before me, she still see me like nobody even there, I was completely fed up and left, I went to other location they had more customers waiting but they helped me in 5 minutes

I went in to open an account. After collecting all of my documents the agent had a long talk with a woman at the back desk. When the agent returned he told me that I would not be allowed to open an account.

Worst customer service the lady literally didn’t want to pull out and show me my bank statements because it was gonna take too long i just wanted her help to know which were my check deposits because my lawyer needed them and she literally told me it’s gonna be long and didn’t help.

The worst customer service. It’s like a Walmart. There is no hi or bye. I was greeted with a “What?” And was given my receipt with no goodbye. Not even one word. There was no conversation or any attempt to make it a pleasant experience. It is like this every single time. I plan on closing out my accounts here. I’m not expecting to be wined and dined at a bank but I do expect to be treated as a valued customer and feel welcomed.
