“Next level service. Within 2 hours of my accident, Stephanie and her team had organized a rental for me. The next day the car damage was appraised and deemed to be not repairable, then everything happened at lightning speed. Within days they had issued a cheque, we bought another car, and had new insurance cards. Not once did I have to answer invasive questions, not once was I made to feel at fault. Everyone was kind and compassionate. The whole awful ordeal was taken care of within the week. Five stars is not enough”
