*BUYER BEWARE * I SPENT OVER 100$ ON AN ITEM THEY HAD MISREPRESENTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! 5 DAYS STILL NO REFUND TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NO WAY TO CALL A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THE STORE TELL YOU ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO HAS TO HANDLE IT....THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND OFFICE ARE JUST AS BIG OF A JOKE !

After being shipped an item that was not as advertised online, weeks after I paid needing to get a tree i returned it and instead of refunding the price of the tree like I paid I now have to wait cause the manager has poor knowledge of proper information customer service says one thing store manager another.

A really excellent store for Home Decor. A marriage between Christmas Tree Shops and Home Goods. The store is on the expensive side, but the quality does seem to be there so I don't mind paying for a good quality product.The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. I will also say that the Supervisor Karen is fantastic. We had a product that was not ringing up at the correct price (the bar code was not registering the discount) and Karen took care of the entire problem for us. In other stores, you would have been told "tough". It was nice to see that this error was corrected.I will be back. Overall, a great store, with great people working in it; but on the expensive side.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. I purchased a floor lamp, bulbs and a three plug adapter with USB ports. Top bulb socket was cracked and the plug adapter would not take any plugs. I plan on returning the item, poor cheaply made items. I can imagine the markup on their items. Expensive prices for cheaply produced items.First time customer last time shopping there.

I ordered a comforter set online. It came defective (there was a hole). I contacted customer service and was told to go to a store or send it through UPS. Apparently, they don't replace defective items and I would have to repurchase the comforter for $49.99 on top of $11 for S&H again! Ridiculous.

Staff was friendly but I wasn't impressed with merchandise. It was just a bunch of cheap looking, overpriced, mass produced home decor. I say overpriced because for this type of quality, Walmart and Big Lots is less expensive. The art section was reminiscent of family dollar on a much larger scale. The quality in my opinion, is better in TJ Maxx.

At Home. Just about everything you could find for your home. Wear sneakersLots of walking in this large store filled with lots of merchandise. Mostly goods from China so check for quality, especially furniture. Great wall hangings and knick knacks. Also great outdoor finds! Average to high prices so look for sales!

Besides the merchandise being very outdated and unattractive, think early 2000s basic old lady style, it is also incredibly expensive and generally of low quality. It is hard to imagine this business model working out for them. If you're into this style just go to Christmas Tree Shops or order off Amazon. You will save a lot of money.
