Lots of snacks and gas, a break for the weary traveler. Surprisingly clean bathroom in the stalls, though the floor was wet, like most travel bathrooms. Parking a bit close to the gas station and one lady almost crashed into another at a gas pump.

Employees weren't wearing masks and weren't enforcing people wearing masks - I saw over a dozen people inside without wearing masks! I'm disabled and asked the cashier why they werent wearing a mask and why they were letting customers not wearing masks and they totally ignored me and allowed a customer to tell me to shut the f*** up (and no he wasn't wearing a mask lol) . If you are high risk or if you have children please do not stop here- it simply is NOT safe.

My sister n law told me this gas station was on a whole other level, but I needed to investigate my self. I pumped my gas and out popped a ticket for a FREE breakfast sandwich. Excellent marketing strategy as most of us pump and run. I went into a very chic eatery. Cooks making food to order. Fresh sandiches on good bread with avacado and slivered onions. Can we say upscale sandwich and salad stations? I was truly blown away by the cleanliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Breakfast sandwich with meat about $6.50. Sandwich with avacado $9.00 I will definitely be back.

I just stopped here at 3:00 am , I was tired and I just wanted to get a coffee, a guy was hiding right behind the door , he won't come out to make a coffee no matter how I called him....what a wonderful employee

This Alltown is located in the southbound travel plaza on the Merritt Parkway in North Haven. We stopped in the minimart on the way home, to grab some snacks. They pack a lot of stuff in a small space! There's pretty much any kind of snack you're looking for, from Fritos to Epic jerky bars. There's a lot of different beverages, water and juice an even milk. Cashier was friendly and nice.

Has orphaned bathrooms. Don't expect help from any of the staff, but do anticipate looks of amazement when you ask where they wash their hands.

Anyone who stops here is obviously on the road and doesn't have many options unless you don't mind a complete diversion. After using he restroom we wanted to get some coffee and a doughnut. So we waited by the Dunkin Donuts counter for a few minutes. I could hear someone in the back washing dishes so I assumed someone would come out eventually. We walked over to the subway counter which was more visible to the back kitchen. Another woman lined up behind us and was also obviously frustrated with our wait. My wife went to the cashier at the Alltown to ask if someone could help us. Someone came out of the office looked at us, and then walked back into their office. Again we waited. So we started to call out. Both the lady behind me and I started softly at first and then eventually were trying to call back to the kitchen. I really hope there was a video camera watching rh next part because the gentleman who walked out of the back ignored us and walked out past us. He looked at us for a while saying nothing. So we asked if he could get us some coffee and some doughnuts. He told us that coffee was, "not my problem". I could tell instantly that this was the exact moment I knew I would not spend any money at your location. I don't want anything free. I don't want an apology. This gentleman obviously had issues either emotionally or with his employer. Honestly it was so embarrassingly bad that the other customers and I locked eyes because I wanted to make sure I was hearing this correctly. As we walked out I heard him yelling at the woman behind us as well. Being in hospitality I knew that there was no use berating your employee we simply just needed to leave. Perhaps they are having a rough day or maybe just aren't very happy and there was no use in discussing this with him. Honestly I would sincerely like to thank this service location for giving me a new butt-of-my-jokes for a new low in customer service. This will literally be used in many future monthly meetings as an example of how not to engage he public. I have had some bad customer service but this was the most humorous. So thank you for restoring my faith in how badly a company can train their employees. I am glad that other people got to witness this because it was validating to look around and see if anyone else was watching he exchange. Bravo

Health Risk! Don't stop at this D&D or Subway. There are flies everywhere, dirty kitchen and service workers don't were gloves. Even if you bought something that was not contaminated with fly larvae, you wouldn't be able to find a clean utensil anywhere. Wait a few more minutes for the next service station.
