The dock worker was very efficient!! He immediately got us loaded and on our way!! Thank you for understanding that we're on a strict schedule and must make the very best of our time!! Unlike Cincinnati which weirdly has a higher rating...how? I don't know.

I was under paid. Their was good staff to work with they really looked out for each other..However the overtime was not paid threw the weeks so I left and I was really great at the job being a female and all..If you work hard and get the job and work overtime the company should pay for your duties period..

DO NOT USE THE NEW HAVEN LOCATION!!! I have waited over a MONTH to have the container moved from my property and they lie and say they call or come by (they don't..it's an hour and a half away). The HQ is in NC and promises it will be removed and NEw Haven does nothing!! We have a moving truck coming in 2 days and their unit is STILL blocking my driveway! I have notified them everywhere if not picked up in one more day, it is abandoned property and I will have a metal scrap company come tow it off before the moving truck comes. we have reported this abandoned property as trespass to local authorities and have lawyers ready to file charges. This franchise should absolutely be SHUT DOWN!!! It is an embarrassment to the NC HQ and their facility which is run quite well and responds timely. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PACK RAT LOCATION. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I used them 3 times at the end of my move. I was downsizing from over 1700sqft to about 800sqft. Every person who was dispatched to my house was fantastic. As well as the people who answered the phones & took payment. They took everything & anything I asked them to. Remember that it's never an obligation to tip the people who do the physical work BUT it's your choice. I was extremely impressed with them & the speed that they work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! If I could give 10 Stars I would ✨️

I loaded the Pack Rat container after some back and forth with the dispatcher that was very uninformed and didn’t understand what needed to be done. The container arrived and I loaded all my belongings into it.I then called to have it moved to my new home less than 60 miles away and have been told they don’t service that area. So now how am I to get all my things to my new home. The only reason I got this service was to move from house to house.My last conversation I was even referred to a different service like U pak or other which doesn’t help me at all. I’m supposed to move my things from one container to another in the same driveway where I no longer live.Can someone make sense of this please?

We are having a horrible experience with customer service - we have called numerous times and connected via chat and have been promised several times that a supervisor would call us...still no one has contacted us.
