I am on my 4th purchase from Volpe Preowned. They are very personable and great to deal with. Seeing my positive experience with them, my son made his first adult purchase from them. Thanks Brad.

Would buy from here again, and they offer servicing as well. In July '23 Volpe sold me a 2014 Honda Civic with 118k miles and I worked with Brad to make sure the vehicle (had two previous owners) would work for my needs. I needed a daily driver that would work for a short daily commute. I first looked at their inventory, discussed with Volpe and bought it all in the same day but I did a lot of research on what used make and year would make the most sense for my needs. I looked over the Carfax (good servicing, no recalls and light accident history in the Carfax report) with Brad before purchasing the vehicle and if they could do additional tests/servicing if the carfax showed lapses in areas. There's a lot of information out there unique to each OEM, so you should know that depending on what you buy that the timing of when you need to bring in your used car again for servicing will be different. My Volpe car is still going strong with no issues, so do your research - what does the wider mechanic community say on online threads or YouTube about your pick's engine, transmission, reliability, etc - there's great variability across makes and even across models of the same make/brand - and it keeps changing so you have to choose between buying more often, or servicing more often.

Very simple and easy process. They fixed some issues with the car at first no hassle. Other than a rattle that won’t go away, car runs smooth.*Update* other than issues that have already been fixed by the dealer. I’ve spent over 1k. Haven’t driven the car over 3500 miles. A bit disappointing but the car has 140k miles so I get it. Was hoping lasted a bit longer without pouring more money into it.

Edit: Funny how respond this way but there are multiple bad reviews on Brad with the same issues I had. Hey, at least I get to feel less guilty about having such a problem. This guy sells used cars and then doesn't like how long it takes them to not fix major issues with them. After falsely telling you he brought it to a place to be looked at of course.I live a 5 minute walk from here and completely regret helping this small local business. My new car immediately has issues. When I brought it back, I was told that it was brought to a local trusted shop and there is nothing wrong. That was a lie in my face. They did not bring it to the shop and the dealer "drove it around himself and nothing is wrong." The is heavy shuddering and the front axel squeals like a school bus. I have even gone as far as to send videos that they seem to care little about. I am now being ignored and having calls avoided when asking for the name and number of the owner.Misleading, predatory and all of the other negative connotations that are often associated with used car salesmen.

Not woman friendly. Do not buy from Brad. I paid 7,900.00 for a car on 6/15/22. I notified Brad on 6/28/22 of issues and he promised to make good. He still hasn't to this day. Brad told me a mechanic "fixed" my car when he kept it for 3 days. I picked it up Wednesday 7/20/22. Brad played stupid when I asked for any old parts and paperwork detailing what work was done on my car and by whom. I have yet to receive that info. My car still isn't shifting smoothy and 3 computers still can't be read. I will not be able to pass emissions. Unfortunately, Brad has become unreachable. Coward.45 days and 8K $ later. small claims here I come. Volpe preowned isn't honorable.7/28/22: After no response from Brad, I had my mechanic friend (32 years in the business) call him on 7/22. Tonight, I dropped my car off with Brad. He promised to put in a new transmission, (for the second time). When I asked Brad who was working on my car and when would it be ready, he pretended he couldn't hear me then said he doesn't know. Brad loaned me a car with front end damage.7/23 Brad also just happened to produce paperwork after my mechanic friend called him.The picture is of work done from when Brad told me the first time, he was putting in a new transmission. I will update when I get my car back. What a hassle.8/3 I emailed Brad to see about my car status. He called me and I answered and asked him to respond to the email, I want our correspondence I writing. He emailed I can pick up my car. I responded and asked for paperwork and old parts. Crickets. No pick up time nothing.Brad has been silent to me ever since, again.Brad has been texting leaving messages and calling my friend Jay. He told Jay my car was in Hartford in a VM he also said from now on a guy John would have my car. Who is John? why didn't he email me? I own the car.He left a voicemail for Jay 2 min after he opened my 530pm email asking when I can get my car, 2nd attempt. Brad stated that he wouldn't talk to me, (liz) anymore. Funny, he didn't have to talk, I was emailing him. type bro. When people are hiding something they distract and blame.Very simply Brad said twice he would change my transmission and twice he lied. I would have respect for him if he could look me in the eye and say go F ourself, not lead me on a month and a half goose chase.6/4 I am picking up my car today, hopefully. Its been 7 days, again. As of yet, no paperwork again, no old parts, again. The run around, again. Getting avoided, again. No explanation at all, again. What a hassle!!
