“Simply put, my experience as a first time customer here was great. I’m very picky on who my vehicles go to, but moving to the area and always walking my dog by the shop, I figured to give them a shot and I’ve never been so pleased. John was able to get my truck in and taken care of once the parts came in which was sooner than expected. He effectively broke down every single cost it took to get the truck to where it was supposed to be for having low oil pressure. “I can't say enough good things about this place. We were passing through town on a road trip and punctured our tire on the highway. They happened to be the closest repair shop and we got there just before our tire went completely flat. Not only were they able to fix the puncture and get us back on the road in less than 30 minutes they didn't even charge us because the repair was so small. When we insisted the owner just told us to do something nice for someone today. We are so thankful for her. If we lived locally this would be where I took my car for every need. The manager Vaughn immediately diagnosed the issue with my stirring and tire alightment, another mechanic showed me what was wrong and how dangerous it could be hadn't I brought it in.Another time I brought it in, Vaughn not only gave discount, but installed new windshield wipers as they were squeaking with no added fee. “United Tire has excellent reviews on Google, surprised to see only one review here. Anyway, I had just bought a new(er) car from a place I didn't quite trust but I was in a tight pinch. Two weeks after buying my car, the alternator went. I had just enough battery life to get me home from work. The car was seconds from dying as I backed it into my parking spot at home. I called a place nearby, they quoted me $479 for the repair, which did not include a tow. He said they don't do towing. So I called a few places and found a business nearby, the guy told me the tow would be $100-120. Making the total for tow and repair $579-599. He asked me where to tow it and I told him. He said his father owned a repair shop nearby and could probably do the repair that day. I was initially hesitant, but ultimately agreed, as small, family owned shops tend to be cheaper than the big boys. The drawback was they can be slower. In this case, that was true. They towed my new(er) car at about 8am on a Friday morning and I was told it would be fixed that day. It wasn't. I called shortly after they opened Saturday morning and they hadn't begun the repair...but he assured me the car would be ready before the end of the day. I called back right around noon and he said it was ready, to come pick it up anytime. Great news! I got a ride to the shop and they were pretty busy with what seemed to be happy customers. I had to wait like 20 minutes, no big deal. They finally gave me my total for the repair AND the tow. $420 out the door. Wow! Okay! One thing auto repair guys are used to is people grunting, grumbling, and groaning over the cost of repairs. When a customer smiles with glee and gladly forks over $420, it makes them happy. I told them they saved my neck and I could now get to work on Monday. They also saved me about $160-180. To top it off, I told them my car was still under 30 day warranty from the place where I bought it. I could have gotten the repair done FOR FREE but I opted to pay $420 (or a possible $599) instead. Why? Trust. You can't put a price on trust. The car has been running great ever since. Next time I need a repair, these guys will be at the top of my list.”

I was able to find one but couldn’t find the other one, even after looking at my tire for 10-15 mins until he pulled it out?. Patched the tire in less than 5 minutes and I back on road.
