I had purchased a putter online and this location fulfilled my order. When I received the putter at my home, it was poorly packaged and damaged, so I filled out the survey that automatically emails to you after your order is delivered. Bryanna responded immediately and helped me get a replacement right away, ensuring that the next shipment will be packaged correctly.
Even though the fulfillment of the first online order was poor, I can tell the management cares about their service and is active in trying to resolve issues. Sometimes orders can fall through the cracks and people can make mistakes, but their response more than made up for it. So I want to highlight how professional and attentive Bryanna was in handling the situation!”

They created a profile for me with my pool dimensions to gauge exactly what I need since most pool products base levels off 10k gallons of water. My pool water has been clear and clean since coming to them.”
