“Both of my children have attended Building Blocks in Hamden. I have never been let down by the staff and teachers there. My children have learned and grown in so many aspects of their lives. The facility is always clean. The teachers care for the children as if they are their own. Special shout out to Ms. Paige and Ms. Agueda (current teachers)! My daughter has come out of her shell with them and LOVES being with them and her classmates!”

“See us grow is a great place! My nephew went there and loved it. I've heard nothing but good things about their new space. And their staff is amazing! Especially that one girl. Super surprised to see someone complaining about a daycare! It takes a special kind of person to complain about kids playing, learning and having fun. I mean if you're going to complain about something I'm sure there are much more serious things to complain about and kids shouldn't even make the list. I hear the people at goodwill get a little crazy ?.”

“We love TLCC! Our son is a year old and has been going since he was about 4 1/2 months. They help made the transition so easy, even with him starting so young. I was able to call and check in whenever I needed. We love the teachers, my son is so happy every morning when I drop him off and it make my whole day a little easier. Communication is great and I love that they use an app so I know all about my sons day. I also love the arts and craft projects they do with the kids (even the infants ?) and send home, they are so cute!”

A place or building that you drop your child off so you can go to work and then there is a place that feels like an extension of your home and your child is being cared for by what feels like friends and family. For my family, Duck Pond Learning Center has been such a wonderful place that has been an extension of our home. From Amy whom runs the center to all of the amazing teachers that have shown so much love and care for my son. Words truly cannot describe the thoughtfulness, peace of mind, and family-like connections that were built throughout my son’s time at Duck Pond. I will always have friends at Duck Pond and hope to keep my connection going even though my son started his next big adventure. I highly recommend Duck Pond Learning Center, Amy, and all the workers/teachers to any family looking for a place to take their children that is more than just a place to drop them off, but an extension of your family and home!”

“Madeline, Michelle, and the Kindercare staff have been so good to my son and our family over the years. I love that Kindercare has been around for decades; they have a system in place that private daycares cannot compete with. They offer a nationwide curriculum for their children, have an easy app parents can use to monitor your child's daily activities and stay in touch with the teachers, and safety and well-being for our children is always their top priority. I can't speak highly enough about the staff! My husband and I are able to work with confidence that our child is well cared for by teachers who love him in a safe, clean environment.”

I was IN & OUT within 10-15mins. $86 for the fingerprint & background check. BRING your license & birth certificate. When you first arrive, KNOW that their windows are tinted, so when you first look inside, the facility will look closed or empty. On the LEFT of the door with the "350" there is a buzzer that you must press for staff to let you in. Go up to the SECOND FLOOR, and there will be an office on the RIGHT that says, "TSA."The facility does ONLINE scheduled appointments and WALK-IN appointments. Good luck!”

“Over the rainbow is a great daycare center! My little one started just a couple of weeks ago and the teachers have really helped ease her in and made her feel comfortable! It is not easy to leave your little one but with their Bright Wheel app, teachers update you everyday on what your little one is up to. Their hours are GREAT for me and my husbands schedule. Their fingerprint system is also great security! Highly recommend for anyone in need of childcare,”

“I currently have my 2nd boy going through Old Stone Play School. My older son had gone there previously and we started my younger son somewhere else only to transfer him back to Old Stone. Their blend of well rounded teaching, caring, and most importantly to me, life skills/accountability for children (clean up, behavior, etc.) is second to none. When we drop him off in the morning, we have a feeling of contentment that our child is going to have a safe and enriching experience that he will want to tell us about at everytime at the end of the day pick up.
