Did not honor return policy. When I tried to exchange a plant for another, the owner was rude to me and very unprofessional. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just an exchange. Horribly treated, I highly recommend to find someone else to work with.

I have called them about a charge on my checking account and the said they would return the money to my account and they have not since 5-1-2017.

Today is their last day before they close up shop since being in this location since 1998. It WAS a nice little convenience store that had everything from greeting cards, kid's toys, seasonal items (Inside the store, as well as pumpkins, wreaths and christmas trees outside), tools, food, beauty products, a pet section, stationary and party supplies ;) and more. Since moving into town a year and a half ago, we've purchased just about any and everything from pumpkins, our Christmas tree skirt and on our son's first birthday, I stopped in with him here to buy him his first balloon. I'm sure Sisto will move on to better things. He may be done with this location, but not done providing greatness to the town of North Branford.

Terrible customer service. Returned a defective 150 foot hose that I paid $47 for three weeks ago - owner said he sold it to me himself for $20. My error for not having the receipt. However the cheapest hose in the store is $25 and it is only 20 feet long. That, and he must be a magician since he turned himself into a 20 year old brunette the day I bought the hose. Last purchase ever at this place. And I use that term loosely.

They seem to make their own hours, which is very annoying if you make a trip during normal business hours and there is a sign up on the door that they left for the day. This has happened to me on several occasions. Also, watch what you are charged because sometimes they announce a sale, then charge full price.
