it was ok but could have been better. Drop the attitude. It was snide and condescending. Maybe I got them on a bad day, or maybe she just prefers dogs. The dogs haircut was subpar and disappointing, but it will grow back and we'll get a do over...elsewhere. First impressions are everything.

This was my first experience with Lisa and Ruff Cuts and I have nothing but accolades! I brought my dog to Lisa to "fix" a haircut that another groomer from a big box store in which we had less than stellar results. She was professional, conscientious, and very skilled. She really wanted to do a good job for us and our pup. Because our dog was already cut so short, she had a tough job in trying to correct what was previously done, but she did an amazing job in making him look presentable again! We are very happy with her services and will definitely be back.
