“I can say, the level of over the phone customer service was good.
Very informative about the type of medication they can provide and deliver, unfortunately I can't give them a 5⭐️ reason being they are not federally licensed to full fill name brand drugs generic only. Which can be a problem for some,the pharmacy gives themselves number one thru seven as if they're affiliated however they are not, they are individually privately owned which was disappointing considering that they do deliver which is a huge convenience just not name brands of serious particular medication some folks may need.
Each location also picked up when calling,very professional and informative for those who accept generic brands.”

“Great service at the pharmacy & I was in & out!! That's right, I said great service at the PHARMACY!! It's actually consistently quick as well and I don't know about everyone else, but just about everyone I have spoken to about pharmacies has the same bad experiences that I have had myself. However, this Walgreens in Branford Square, on East Main street, is a wonderful exception, especially considering I have just relocated to the area! This Walgreens is excellent & I will try to keep this updated as I have more experience with the store.”
“I choose to drive 45 minutes to Beacon Prescriptions over nearby, chain pharmacies. The customer service is excellent, I've never had to WAIT, and they don't employ nonsense corporate policies, which have made it impossible for me to fill prescriptions at other locations.”

“I really appreciate Rite Aid. They have the prescriptions I need and accept Good RX which gives me a huge savings on my very expensive Migraine prescription.
The store is also very clean and the prices are typically lower than other pharmacies like CVS.”

“CVS honestly usually doesn't make me a happy camper. I had an issue running out of medication while traveling, and TWO CVS stores couldn't help me. Laura, at this Guilford one, overheard me getting denied for the third time, and helped me out in transferring my prescription. Again, out of THREE CVS stores, Laura was the ONLY employee willing/able to help. So, realistically, this review is 1 star for CVS and 5 stars for Laura, but I'm very thankful for her service.”
“I was driving around looking for a Pharmacy to transfer my meds to and came across Fair Haven Pharmacy and am glad I stopped and went in to check it out and found the staff very courteous and accommodating and I don't have to wait in line or deal with a incompetent Pharmacy that I switched from. . I will definitely recommend this Pharmacy to my friends and relatives due to the competent owners and staff members that I encountered..”

It’s no coincidence that the stores and pharmacies are often severely understaffed and the phones go unanswered.Knowing the strain this puts on the staff that are present, I think that those who manage to do their jobs at all, let alone with good attitudes, should be praised.Walgreens, get your act together and pay your employees what they deserve. “I went to Rite Aid on a somewhat soggy Saturday afternoon, needing a snack after the winery down the road. The parking lot was pretty sparse, there was no wait to check out, and the high ceilings with bright lights was nice. It was very clean, as was the parking lot. The seasonal section was a little small compared to other Rite Aids, but had some fun Halloween items on sale for 50% already.”

“It never ceases to amaze me how different stores within the same chain could be so very different from each other. This CVS was very busy. The line at the pharmacy counter was backed up all the way to the front door. There were a group of high school students who work there stocking shelves. However, none of them knew where anything was located. It was also interesting how many things were under lock and key. Prices were extremely high at this location. Parking is available and easily accessible right off of Washington Avenue. Sadly, we couldn't find many of the items my neighbor had requested .”

The retail store is a retail store but the pharmacy is great. Much better than a CVS. When I call, I actually reach tbd pharmacy directly with little-to-no waiting period.
