I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is. I ordered flowers from this business from a third party website who utilizes local florists. The order was delivered a day and a half late, and was completely and utterly different from the bouquet I bought. Then, after I civilly asked for a refund the owner of the establishment called my mother; the recipient of the florals, and demanded she leave them outside so the business could take them back as the service was unsatisfactory. She had attitude and made a comment about how she guesses we, the buyers, want to go spend more money. Terrible service I’ve never in my life encountered. Do not order from here.

Ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday morning for my anniversary. They delivered on Friday afternoon without asking if that was ok. The arrangement also looks nothing like what I ordered.

This place must have gone seriously downhill. My boyfriend ordered a bouquet from here on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, to have them delivered on Valentines day. He received the confirmation email, which he showed me, but the flowers were not delivered. He called them on Valentines day asking if they were still coming to which they responded "they were very busy but they'll get there". They never did. He called today, the day after Valentines day, to see what happened and they responded with "their system was down on Tuesday". Even though he received the confirmation email?? He then asked for a refund because they're not cheap and they told him he had to go through the credit card company! Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from here because they probably wont be delivered and they will give you the run around. So disappointing because this place used to be good.

Love this store! I got my mom some very nice flowers for the holiday and she was very happy. I got an arrangement with a nice vase as well, super cute conversation piece! ??

Zero stars if I could. Ordered flowers online for wife’s 50 bday. Confirmation online receipt for delivery on day needed. Never came. Called and despite someone answering the phone, stated the store isn’t open on Sunday’s. Funny the website clearly states open Sunday 8-5.
Horrible business. Will spread word to all. Do everyone a favor and shut your business down.

During prom season we ordered a boutonnière and corsage. When my boyfriend went to pick them up they were both stuffed in the same small plastic bag; we figured they'd be in a plastic box like other places to keep them fresh, safe and presentable, but I guess they don't do that here, so the flowers were picked up in already poor shape. The customer service didn't come across as great either.When my boyfriend went to pick up both items the man at the counter started off the transaction annoyed, and then proceeded to get more frustrated at my boyfriend when their credit card machine wasn't processing the money (there wasn't an issue with the card, it had funds and everything the machine just seemed to be down.) Which there's nothing wrong with this obviously, machines stop working all the time, but the man then acted rude and even more annoyed when he had to make change for a "larger" bill (a 50 and 20 when the sum was in the 60s). He was aggravated that there were no singles nearby the register and made it seem as though it was the customer's fault. But regardless, even if this was a misunderstanding the corsage and boutonnière didn't even last until the start of prom, let alone the end of the night.Towards the end of prom photos (like the usual before prom situation) the already wilting white rose fell off of the stem of the boutonnèire and every couple of minutes we had to try to makeshift pin the two together for the rest of the pictures, but once at prom my boyfriend just decided to keep it off so it at least wouldn't get stepped on. And on the way to prom the corsage was also wilting and fell off the bracelet towards the end of the night. We weren't sure if this was normal or anything so when we got there we saw that none of our friends' had any issues, except for the other couple that also ordered from Petals 2 Go; their boutonnières were falling apart as well. So it seemed like just a company problem.A lot of the advertisements as well don't appear realistic either and seem to maybe be edited (but that's just an observation). Overall we definitely wouldn't recommend this business, especially if you plan on ordering for a larger event than a prom (like a funeral, wedding, etc.), definitely not worth the money. There are plenty of places for the same costs with way better quality products and kinder owners.Thanks for reading and I hoped this review helped.

My daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for me and paid extra for same day delivery. They never came. Called the place they were ordered from and was told they tried to deliver— rang the doorbell, asked they neighbors if they knew us . Never delivered them. This went on back and forth for 2 days. We called and told them it wasn’t possible because there are 3 cars in the driveway, our neighbors have known us for the 20 years we have lived here AND I am retired so Not only was I home but the Ring door bell NEVER never recorded any delivery. I’m willing to bet someone else is enjoying my flowers, address was NOT confirmed and the business lied to cover their a$$. Be careful when ordering!
