Went on September 3 approximately 2:45 PM, not a friendly atmosphere I felt like I was in customs when I went to Italy

Dana Ladyga is the worst manager of a bank branch that I have ever seen. I opened an account and now I have no access to the account. She said I would have access to online bill payment and checks and now she is lying to her associates about what she told me. It might take 2 weeks to gain access to my account.

I can't recommend this enough! Friendly staff,fast well trained and couldn't make me feel more comfortable.
