Purchased a firearm here last week. Was influenced by many to visit this store and so glad I did. The store has that intimate feel with REAL customer service. Customer for life, thanks everyone.

This little shop may not have everything when you want it, but none of that matters. It's a friendly place run by a husband and wife team who are the epitome of a good, wholesome American family. Their support staff is great as well. Even though they don't have "everything" "all of the time" they can get it for you pretty quick. Almost of the "standard" hardware and seeds are almost always in stock.
No snobs work here. Yet the owners and the staff are more knowledgeable than many of the clerks I've encountered at the larger shops. This shop is second only to Paul Harrell and Hichcock45 in teaching me, a relative newbe, about firearms.
Even though there are shops closer to me, this will always be my favorite. I travel far to go to Goody's for my hardware needs and I travel far to go to CT Sporting Arms for my "pew pew" needs.

Since I got my permit I have been to 5 other ffls before this one.. best one I’ve been too.. nice variety of inventory, great customer service.. I had both my kids with me, everyone even the customers greeted me and my kids.. I’ve been to other places where I wasn’t even greeted but rushed out the store( I am a big black man )6’1, 315.. this will forever be my ffl home from here on out thanks guys keep it up !!

Purchased my first ever handgun back in January here, a Glock 19 Gen 5. Can’t remember his name, but the taller gentleman helped me through the process, answering questions and offering help throughout the transaction. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will 100% be purchasing from here again, and I often buy 7.62/.308 ammunition since they have both broad stock and reasonable prices. Even if prices are a bit higher sometimes compared to other places, I don’t mind supporting a local business that easily deserves it through just being polite and respectful. Broad selection of both used and new firearms, and many older surplus rifles to look into.

I tell you I’ve been in many gun shops and I have never felt so comfortable and accepted!!! The staff is great. Bought an sig 365 the other day and wanted to spend the rest of the day talking with the staff!!! It’s definitely worth the trip I drive in from enfield. Go check them out.

Bought my first firearm here a few years ago. I keep visiting this store from time to time and I have to say that this place has a nice variety of modern and vintage firearms. Prices are fairly competitive also. Well mannered staff too. The only minor complaint I have is that the walkable space is not that great when there are plenty of other customers here which there WILL be because this store has a lot of loyal long time customers of theirs who actually spend their time here talking for hours to the staff.
