Great place to get your mobility needs met. My family has been with them for over ten years. The office staff is wonderful. The guys that come out to service the chair and/or other equipment is great. And Zach is a wonderful rep for this company.
I realize that there are other branches of this company but the Niantic branch is where you need to be. Just cause they have the same name doesn't mean that you get the same service.

Zachary Gural is a amazing ATP. He truly enjoys helping his clients. He is patient, kind and compassionate. He has has answered all my questions regarding my powerchair and if he doesn't know something he takes the time to research and get back to me. He makes things easier by being available by email, so I can easily communicate with him. I'm excited to work with him in the future.

This review definitely gets 5 stars.. I'm loving my new electric wheelchair. This company and the guy named Zack took real good care of me. Very patient and understanding with my disability.It's a difference when someone who's doing there job and someone that's cares. And they definitely care.My life is that much easier now because of him and his team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Zach since 2015. We have completed countless wheelchair evaluations over the years, both manual and power. He has provided me with a great wealth of knowledge on wheelchairs and is always available to answer any questions I may have and educate me on wheelchair features.Zach is a professional and very dedicated ATP. His assessments are very throughout and he actively listens to input from the patient and their caregivers. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure my patients have the features they need on their wheelchairs. You can tell he truly loves what he does.Zach's service and NSM's service department has also been wonderful. I can always count on them and will continue to use them in the future.

When we were told my son was going to need a wheelchair I knew it would be an arduous process. Especially with the insurance companies always denying everything, but everything went very smoothly thanks to Zach.He was amazing to work with, and my son just adores him. Zach was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the equipment, and really took the time to educate me and show me how to use the wheelchair.As expected there were some insurance hiccups, but Zach always did his best to keep me well informed always answering texts or questions anytime day or night.His customer service skills were refreshing. You can tell he really cares about his job and will stop at nothing to get his clients what they need. The amount of care, compassion, and attention to details were second to none. It really just warmed my heart knowing we were in very capable hands. I highly recommend!The Wheelchair is beautiful and fits my son amazingly. I'm looking forward to working with Zach again to get the parts for a few minor modifications that are needed.10/10 Recommended

Been waiting for 6 months. They don't return phone calls in the Niantic office. This is the ONLY company that sells safety beds in my area so unfortunately I HAVE to deal with them. If you have a choice to go somewhere else DO SO. I'm dreading their service if something broke on the bed. Good luck and say a prayer for me please. I'm just a tired mother of a 3yr old autistic son that romes my house all night.

Jeff is truly amazing, he came in and did modifications to my friends wheelchair now she can comfortably go out in the community in her chair. He is efficient, knowledgeable, kind and he made sure all the modifications to her wheelchair were comfortable for her. I highly recommend requesting Jeff for your needs

I'm very pleased with the chair I received. Jeff Miller did an excellent job on measuring for my size and need for my house. I'm small in statue and have limited space in my house, and he measured it just right. I had to text him that I'm still grinding from ear to ear ?. If you have any need of their service, I can recommend and tell anyone that they are the best ?

Worst experience with any company they have attempted 3 times to get me a wheelchair in one year and haven't been able to accomplish it I haven't insurance I have everything taken care of the doctors everything they've attempted 3 times and failed ailed Isimply feel now that because I didn't order the most expensive piece of equipment so they could milk medicare they're simply kicking you around to the side and will not help me until I order the most expensive peace equipment which I don't need zero star's.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have had an electric wheelchair for the past 8 weeks and am unable to use it because I need a different seat and the salesman won't call me back. I have called corporate to complain and am waiting to hear from them.

Was a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication. I had a problem with the original seat cushion for my power wheelchair. But they delivered a couple of different cushions for me to try, and they picked up the one that I didn't want. I am very satisfied, thank you Chris and Josh!
