I was hesitant coming here because of some of the reviews but Sarah was nothing short of professional and friendly! She was so welcoming and attentive. My family and I just moved to Newtown and she was so kind to me! Thank you, Sarah!

As a bank that has a proven track record of stealing from clients, I am not surprised by the service provided.The female manager in the Newtown branch today was completely unprofessional, lied to me and my business partner multiple times and then refused to give me HER managers information.She displayed very poor judgement today and should NOT be in a management role.I have accounts with multiple banks and refuse to use Wells Fargo ever again, joke.

I love this branch..the staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient. They remember me and greet me by name. In 20 years of banking here I have never had a problem, despite having some complex financial needs.I go out of my way to come to the Newtown branch.

It's Aug 17 2020 and you still are not open. Must make an appointment for any small thing. Most other WF banks are open. You've had months to figure out safe distancing. You manager is a moron and should be fired.

Great service! They really do go out of their way for you. I am skeptical from all the corporate horror stories you hear about this bank doing in the news, but the local people at this location have taken their time to help me and I would recommend them for that reason.

Phone message first plays a song, then a S-L-O-W voice says, "Thank you for calling Wells Fargo. We are here to help you. Please listen to the following message." Like I have time for all this? I'm a minute into waiting already. GET TO THE POINT! I left out the Press two for Spanish. Stop wasting the customer's time! I do not want to hear a little intro song! speak like you're saying the side effects of a drug! Not like you're on Valium!

This is one of the most frustrating banks I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing and dealing with. I first began to experience some trouble when I opened up my Way2Save account and my Student Checking Account. As a recent graduate I had my accounts set up for what I thought was the best for a low income individual starting out in life trying to set up a decent savings account and establish some credit. What I didn't know was that the conniving tellers at this bank had only set me up for what was best for them and WF. As soon as I opened a checking account; splitting my accounts in half, they began to charge a voracious $5 per month 'service charge' for my "Savings" account. Now I open my inbox to an email from Wells Fargo informing me they've sucked my "Savings" account completely dry (I had all my employment income direct deposits going to my checking). I had complained several times on the phone about these charges and they only gave me false promises of looking into removing these charges. Nothing was ever done... Now that I've begun to bring in more steady income and have excess funds for saving, I would advise any and alI people to go elsewhere with the their hard earned money and don't pay wells fargo NEGATIVE INTEREST on your SAVINGS account. I will be withdrawing all of my money from their accounts asap.
