I called ahead asking for salt which I was told they had, but when arriving to the store they had no inventory and did not sell what I was looking for. This has happened to me several times. I try to shop at smaller chain stores opposed to giant corporate entities like amazon or Home Depot, but tractor supply does not really hold up as far as the small town customer service environment. Prices are also higher then other stores... I suppose it beats driving 15 minutes to Trumbull or 20 to Danbury, but I don't think this Tractor Supply is a great store.

I love this store! They always have everything I need for my pets, gardening, clothing, and more! The employees are wonderful! Joy the lady manager is very kind and helpful! She always goes above and beyond!

I go to tractor supply a lot, almost everyday. It is my favorite store. They have about everything you could need . However what makes this store the best place to go is Joy and Carl. They are both always quick to help with whatever you need, always greet you with smiling faces and are ready to answer any questions no matter how d*** of a question it seems to be. Both Joy and Carl have helped me many times and when I'm in the store they always make it a good experience. I've never experienced such impeccable customer service anywhere else and they are the reason myself and many others keep coming back.

Love this store. I go there for all my feed supplies to feed water fowl, birds, and deer. They've got everything I need and at a reasonable price.
